I work in a provider's office and have been on hold for, I can't tell you how long, returning a call from them to make sure an ill patient can get their medication. They don't even speak, they pick up the phone and put it on hold. I have a patient waiting for a professional to work there and answer the phone so they can get their medication and heal. Great work. And they have done it 3 more times as I sit here waiting. If it were ethical, I would recommend ANY other pharmacy, ever, anywhere. When I was able to speak toban employee, I was not able to hear anyone speak. They responses were, "Yeah, so, what's the date of birth." "Yeah, well" I asked for a manager, I was told she was giving vaccines, I called back directly, the phone was picked up, and I was informed the manager is on the phone and can't answer. Maybe remedial training? Maybe integrity on qualifications? I'm not sure how to fix your issues, but it will take someone there CARING ABOUT PATIENTS to start.

If you asked me 2 years ago what I would rate the pharmacy, I would have given 1 star. They messed up my rx and insurance benefits and also was rude about it. I haven’t had to go to the pharmacy until my recent injuries and wow have they improved. I assume due to staff change because they are just awesome now. I know calling will be about 10 mins or so wait time, but what could you expect when they are always busy. I had a few different drs send my rx here and love the app that tells you the wait time and delay time. I called in about 8x in the past few weeks to give my goodrx coupon and check my rx status and they were always polite about it. Thank you.

The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had to date. They can't even answer the phone and give a proper reason for the 17th "please hold" that they give. The staff clearly can't do anything other than put people on hold and disconnect the line when they presumably can't put you on hold for the 18th time.

This place fuxking SUCKS. I had surgery on my mouth today came here to drop off my prescription they told me it would be ready in about 1.5 hrs .. 2 hrs later i call to check the status they then tell me that my insurance doesnt cover the prescriptions so i go back to get my prescriptions back and they lost the damn papers. Didnt even care was told to call cvs basically im not their problem anymore. This walgreens has the worst workers with terrible attitudes. This is ridiculous. They dont know how lucky they got with my mouth hurting and i couldnt say exactly what was on mind. If i hadnt called i would still be clueless to what was going on. GREAT COMMUMICATION GUYS!

I can't help but wonder how the Walgreens pharmacy staff on Nellis and Sahara manages to maintain their employment with such astounding incompetence. It's like they're on a mission to make your life as miserable as possible. These individuals are not only unprofessional but also unethical in their conduct. They seem to thrive on providing false information about prescriptions and pickup times when people are in desperate need of their medications. And good luck trying to communicate with them; they hang up the phone and make it nearly impossible to get any answers. It's genuinely baffling how such unethical people manage to survive in this industry. My advice: steer clear of this pitiful excuse for a pharmacy. You're better off seeking help elsewhere where professionalism and competence actually exist.

Pharmacy was very kind and helpful. Needed an emergency prescription refill due to lost luggage. The gal I talked to gave me all the instructions I needed, checked to make sure they had the medication and even directed on how to get a discount code as it would be out of pocket.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped by for some essentials yesterday at around 7:40 pm. I had items I was buying for myself and some items for my sister (she was giving me the money for those separately. Therefore, I needed a separate receipt). The cashier refused to do 2 separate transactions. With an attitude, she said, "She wasn't going to do it." Which is ridiculous. That is what she is paid to do she is a customer service representative and represents the face of the company as she the first thing you see when you walk in. I was also not greeted when I came in. She also has to ring up customers for their purchases. She asked the shift lead how they did it at this location. I'm assuming she works at a different store. She needs to be retrained on how to talk to customers as she gave me attitude the whole time and to be more customer service oriented. I asked the supervisor when had their policy changed and couldn't give me a straight answer he was too busy talking to another employee who just walked up to talk to him he didn't even look at me. Walgreens needs to hire people who actually want to be there to help the customers. I waited for more than 5 min for the same shift lead to come and open the deodorant case because they're locked. I had no choice but to buy everything in one transaction. Mind you, there was no one else in line, so it wasn't like I'd be holding up the line. I have been coming to this location for well over 10 years as it is the closest one to my house, and overall, I've shopped at walgreens for well over 20 years. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Especially since they are out of most of their products. Shelves are empty almost on every aisle. The items that they do have are the ones that are locked up.

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I have been on a 4 day run around with them trying to get my sons prescription. First I was told I had to update the insurance because it was still the one from California. Then I came and gave them the proof of the insurance for Nevada and they kept saying I was on a weird insurance I had never heard of. So I called the insurance company to fix it come to find out it was the right insurance all along. Then I called them and got hung up on 3 times without even talking to someone. Then finally was able to get ahold of someone who said they reran his insurance and he was good to get his prescription the next day. Then I go to pick up his prescription and get into a argument with the lady because she swore up and down that they didn’t accept his insurance and I needed to get it transferred to a different pharmacy. Just to find out it takes 48 hrs for the transfer to happen. So now after 4 days I still have to wait another 2 to even get my sons meds. Witch is a total waist of my time when they could have just had me transfer it days ago. What a waist of time. And not to mention other people with the same insurance that my son has were able to get there prescriptions from them. And suddenly they don’t want to take the insurance. They are discriminating and this is not right.

Had to pick up RX's. The line was really long but moved along fairly well. Found a few great buys on some games that were on clearance. But there were a lot of empty selves in the cosmetics department. I'm not sure what the reason is, but it seems to be a on going situation.

My prescriptions were xferred here automatically after my old walgreens was closed. After months of picking up my prescriptions here, they're now telling me they "dont take new patients" and that I'm a "new patient" because my old walgreens is now reopen. Which is obviously absurd. So now they're refusing to fill the prescription that they already have and want me to re-coordinate with my doctor to have my prescriptions transferred to the newly re-opened walgreens. There was no communication from walgreens regarding any of these closing/reopening dates; it was by walgreen's poor planning that a bunch of customers got screwed over. Just let us pick up our prescriptions at the same place we've been getting them for months and keep your inter-store pharmacy manager competition out of it.

I have never been to a Walgreens that doesn't have a restroom and it's ridiculous that this one doesn't there are no public bathrooms in the area unless it's smiths and Carl's Jr on the corners. However those places aren't open 24 hours like Walgreens or circle k which is ridiculous especially if you are traveling.

I understand there are rules and regulations when it comes to filling RX’s. I am willing to comply but, I am unable to do so when the staff did not explain any of their rules to me as a new patient. I suggest if you’re going to implement strict rules that go beyond what is mandated by the State Board of Pharmacy then the pharmacy needs to have their patients sign a contract when you become a new patient so there is a clear line of communication between healthcare provider and patient. Staff snapping fingers and raising their voices “while divulging their medical treatment” at a patient in front of other patients to get them to understand Rx dispensing guidelines and rules is not really the way to treat “people”. We are patients and we all have names as you can clearly see on your computers.
