Very disappointed they are usually decent I know I'm going to get penny's but soon as I have something worth money they say that ebay pages that showed how much items sold for were all of a sudden fraudulent. Biggest joke ever refused to honor their rule of 33% of lowest sold amount. Very disappointed

It's a business so they have to make some money. You won't get full retail or melt down prices,but I found them to be the highest in town. I had a heavy 18k chain I no longer wore and according to an online melt down calculator,my chain was worth over $3200. I got $2735 from Waikiki and the closet was from a place on E Sahara at $2600. They will take a photocopy of drivers license/ID,you sign on the paper, and they will give you your money after a scratch test and metal verification.

These folks are scammers and engage in violations of the ADA with their workers. You are much better off doing your own research and selling your own item on eBay, Craigslist, oe Facebook Marketplace. They will take advantage of you if you are desperate for cash.
