Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this store. We spent 150 in groceries only for the produce to go bad within 2weeks. Onions are moldy and gross. What a waste

They have a meat department that won’t grind meat? Not a happy shopper. Try Albertsons on Durango! Happy employees and fantastic management. For the prices they should be very customer oriented. Even other Vons locations.

Online orders are always delivered with everything in them, the self check out lines are quick, there's easy grab-n-gp meals. The prices here aren't the cheapest, buy no where nearly as expensive as most places.

Service here is hit or miss. They prefer you to go to self check out and then when u need their help, they act like it’s an issue. Folks just don’t want to wrk anymore and it’s sad. Luckily there was a nice African American lady that saved the day. She’s the only reason for the extra two stars. Other lady was clearly just there for the paycheck.

The Vons at Sky Pointe has become our primary place to purchase our groceries. The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. In particular, the checker named Vi is wonderful. ALWAYS helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the store as well as any sales or clip and save items. Vi is a true asset to the store. We always look to see if Vi is there at check stand #5. Thank you Vi for your outstanding service!

Clean store and very friendly staff! A bit pricey overall but it is way calmer than most grocery stores. I would recommend for people needing a few items on a quick basis!

It was good, the freezer works, so you can stand in there in the summer to cool off. I just wish they would take the beer out of the freezer to give you more room to stand. The warmers when you first walk in are nice to warm up your hands and feet, if your that flexible, but i feel awkward holding my hands above food. This is satire, im not going to hold my feet up to warmer, im not that flexible....???

Last 4 visits you can’t get help at the deli counter. AND every visit there are 2-3 people ignoring you even though you have eye contact with them . Today was tops watching a guy help a lady with getting her some kind of salad out of the case. I’m right next to her and he just walks away after handing her the container. Then the other two ladies keeping there backs to you while wonder boy visits with them. 4 times now I wait while watching the Slacker Team ignore and not help anyone then I just walk away shaking my head. I’ll have to go else where for my weekly deii needs . If there is a manager/trainer for that department you should be embarrassed and replaced.

so I needed stuff to make cookies... and this vons came so in clutch. I pulled up and instantly was able to find my way to the baking isle (the signs made it easy) and then I was able to navigate around to each item I needed and eventually got everything and paid

Recently, another homeless man sleeping on the north side (left side facing the front) hiding and sleeping, he had a cart. And the same homeless large man who loiters for 2 years, now September, 2023 in the evening, sitting on the bench and staring at me going in and out of the store. Call the LVMPD Northwest Area Command police everyday. Why would the Owner and Manager be liberal democrats who want people who never shower and loiter and live on the property? Why? Are you related to these people? This is insane.

This place is lousy. The workers are not friendly. It's not like they're busy which is not the case. Maybe that's the reason why this place is a sad looking place. The mobile apps are not user friendly. We have to keep watching our receipt after to make sure they charged us right.
