A bit more expensive then Smiths but with Sheron working at self checkout.....it was well worth the extra bucks.. She was friendly, professional and courteous.... Because of her I would shop here again.

Great pharmacists that really listen to your worry and concerns. Always helpful and ready to answer questions. Anne and Eric are the best at what they do!

Overall this is a nice store I’ve been here quite a few times, but this time one of the cashiers was very very rude to me and my daughter, Mike C never greeted us, when I asked him for help he didn’t even look at me and when I thank him he just walked away, please hire nicer, happier people

Always slow, misplaced my prescription, text me and told me my meds were in when someone actually canceled the order. Decent people with a lot of excuses though.

Overall good people but supply is junk. Could be meds ranging for my 2 yr old to a 35 yr old and they seem to never have what is needed and always has to be ordered. Noe of this is communicated until I wait 4 hrs from filling and show up to pick it up. Then get told, has to be ordered. This is the first time rant, this is the 6th or 7th. So moving to someone else.

So glad I chose this pharmacy after reading negative reviews of nearby Walgreens, CVS, Walmart. Pharmacy staff were professional, efficient, friendly, and I received my emergency prescription the next day!

This is my go to grocery store, I will start with the positive the pharmacy is the best. All the people that work in the pharmacy are so helpful and kind. The produce department is great. Clean and organized. The people that work there are helpful. The butcher department is mostly good. The cashiers have great people skills and have nice chats with you. The worst department is the deli, I hate going to the deli. They never acknowledge you and make you feel terrible for wanting fresh sliced deli products. I hate going to the deli so much that I go to sprouts for my deli orders. I almost forgot but the gentleman that assist you with your carts and the first person you see when entering is a pure joy and immediately puts me in a good mood.

Ordered a penguin cake pictured on the website with writing. Picked it up: looked nothing like the picture. Also no writing. Too sweet and bland at the same time. Subpar.

My wife and I were going to do our weekly shopping at this location, but they did not have any shopping carts in the store or in the parking lot, and when we asked an employee about it, her response was, "0h yeah, it's Sunday", so we left and went to Smith's, where they had plenty of shopping carts.

Just like I wrote in my review of the Von's down the highway at Windmill and Pecos, "this Von's is a pleasure to shop in." Unlike some of the competition where the parking lots are hazardous and the stores are very busy and unkempt, this is relatively a stress free supermarket to visit. At least from my experiences dating back to 2005. It anchors the Strip mall at the southwest corner of Windmill and Bermuda which is one of the less congested areas in the south valley. The parking lot that shares asphalt with Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, China Go Go, 7-Eleven and numerous establishments is a breeze to drive in and rest my car. The supermarket itself has a laid back vibe. This contributes to a stress free environment. Going back as far as 2005, I have been no stranger to this Von's. As a matter of fact when I joined Yelp in 2011, I reviewed their Starbucks kiosk. Three of the things that brings me here in recent years is that Von's is one of the few retailers in the area where I can pay my automobile lease electronically with Western Union, their Starbucks kiosk, and it is convenient when I am in the vicinity of Windmill and Bermuda. Since 2005 when the number of my visits has gone up, the number of Von's supermarkets in Southern Nevada has declined significantly. In 2005 there were at least 17 locations where today I count nine. The newest Von's store that opened in the valley was over ten years ago at Horizon and Horizon Ridge. With this observation pointed out, shopping in a Von's today is kind of a nostalgic experience. Where a stress free shopping environment is Von's strong point, prices are its downfall. If it is not on sale, their prices are generally rediculously high and uncompetitive to Walmart and even Smith's. Here are a few examples. A bag of Goldfish that is $1.98 at Walmart is $2.98 here. A can of can mushrooms that is $1.58 at Walmart is $1.99 here. A can of Progresso soup that is $1.98 at Walmart is $2.98 here. The list goes on. It was so pricey that on my last visit, I was considering taking out from the China Go Go next store. Personally I feel that Von's can alleviate this problem by stocking up on their store brand. I have had their store brand food and can state that they are good. However they seem to be out of stock on some or discontinued others. The positive thing about their high prices is that it pays for the friendly employees and attractive interior design. The employees from customer service to the stocker in the soup aisle have been friendly. For example, the customer service employee who was on the phone with Western Union fixing a money payment issue was friendly and patient. Another example, when I was on the soup aisle the stocker asked me if I was finding everything, then walked me to the can vegetables in the soup aisle. The cashiers are friendly. Speaking of cashiers, human cashiers exist here. Unlike the Neighborhood Market down Bermuda that has a caged in area of self check outs. If the high prices help pay the salaries of friendly employees, it offsets the negative feeling I get paying the off sale items. In similar fashion to the majority of Von's outside the urban core, this is a very attractive store. It was recently remodeled. To be honest, it never looked outdated. The lighting is just right. The aisles are wide which helps with the stress free environment. The layout features both full service and self check outs. The white floor in the grocery aisles and imitation wood floor in the fresh areas appear immaculately clean. This gives me the impression that they sell quality meat, produce, and fresh foods. Within this remodeled supermarket is a Starbuck's kiosk and mini casino. Serving Las Vegas since 1967, the Windmill at Bermuda Von's has been one of several Las Vegas supermarkets that has served me since 2005. Although, Von's is uncompetitive to several of those supermarkets in pricing, it prevails in the customer service that I have experienced up to this review, along with the stress free and attracti

Just wanted to write this to show appreciation for this specific Vons Pharmacy. I just spoke to Lori (or Laurie? idk how to spell it) at the pharmacy. Seems like my mom's doctor called in her prescription to the wrong Vons Pharmacy. I called in and asked for the location to be changed, and apparently I would have had to call in to cancel, then call another Vons, etc etc. Lori made it so easy for me. Even though I had a bunch of steps I was supposed to take, she just handled everything for me - canceled the order, then sent the prescriptions to the right pharmacy for me, and even set it up so they would text me when the prescriptions were ready. I APPRECIATE THESE EXTRA STEPS because I'm always super busy with work and meetings throughout the day. I hope the Pharmacy management sees this and gives her a raise or a bonus! THANK YOU!!!

I've been going to this pharmacy for a number of years now. Great service, great pharmacists, great organizational management. Hands down the best pharmacy in the area. I would highly recommend.
