Very very very bad service. The computer was down and tried calling throughout the day for medicine I need. No one answered I guess the computer being down affects your ability to answer the phone. Why aren’t these “adults” being supervised at their jobs? They clearly can’t work without one

Great customer service, friendly and informative pharmacists.My only complaint is that no one answers the phone if you have questions, and the answering service will not let you leave a message, otherwise would give 5 stars.

This place have a horrible old pharmacist , he so stupid and waste our time every time we came . The text said the prescription already and we came around 1 hour and he said we do not have anything . All the time like that . Even we have 2-3 kinds of medicine in 1 prescription but when came he just gave us 1 and we have come back many times . Crazy and stupid man !!!!

Absentee and ridiculous pick up phone tried to call all day so did another pharmacy to get a fax from then son just had surgery and needs meds and they dont care

Where should I start? I transferred prescriptions here from Walmart, the pharmacy transferred the names but no refills, this is after six attempts to get them to recognize online transfer function. So I had the doctor resend the prescriptions to Vons on Twain. The pharmacy had my name spelled two different ways and couldn't fix it. So I ordered delivery, the delivery never came. So I went to the store and picked it up and they told me the delivery option never shows up to them so call and fax. So I called and faxed, still no delivery next time. I go to the store and the female gives me attitude. I try to pick up the order and they say they can't cause it's listed for delivery. They are so incompetent they need to be closed by the The Nevada State Board of Pharmacy before we have a "It's a Wonderful Life" poisoning.

I really do NOT like shopping here but on the rare occasion that I must, I tend to be very careful in what I purchase. I always triple check their freshness dates. Each and every time that I have come to buy things for our families visit to Vegas we've almost always bought items for the lil one that were out of code, or out of date. . . EXPIRED!!! Baby food, milk, diapers, formula, cheese, and a variety of snacks on their shelves. . . EXPIRED! I don't know how you can run a grocery store like this with so many terribly expired items on the shelves and not get put on a temporary closure or something. If I were you and you don't have to shop at this location, DON'T!!! Store employees gave me attitude when I let them know that there were certain items that I'd wanted to purchase but couldn't because of their freshness dates and their items being expired. They didn't apologize or ask if someone might be able to find the item for us, one that wasn't expired. They didn't offer any kind of extra help in helping us to find what we needed. terrible. Maybe it's not the level of service that they usually provide but that is also disappointing.

As for this Vons location, I used to live right up the street from this location in what used to be called the Siegel Suites apartments. Store is really big and clean by surprise and i didnt have any trouble finding anything. Lotss of tweakers and potheads rome and gamble inside here. Parking lot is big, But scaring looking at night time. You have Taco Bell next door. Staff are not as friendly, but i like the place.

Absolutely love this store. Best customer service I've seen in years, everyone from the cashier's, to produce, and the Gaming Lady at night is absolutely the best I've ever seen.
