“I can't say enough good things about Tiffany and Solé( I probably butchered that). To say they are helpful would be an understatement. I came in to get some CBD for my mom. They listened to my story about what my mom had been going through. After the first bottle I purchased, we realized she needed something stronger. I drove 25 mins across town to go back to this specific location. I couldn't believe that my second experience was better than the first. Their knowledge and ability to explain how to use the products was thorough enough that even someone who knew nothing about CBD would feel confident walking out. Their register is old.. so if you don't have your receipt... you are out of luck if you purchased a expired product and want your money back. Other than that, great customer service!”
“Came in to the mall just to splurge a little bit today and seen this gem as I walked in. Located right across from the Nike outlet inside the Las Vegas Premium South Mall. I figured ehh why not, if I can spend the money on clothes and nonsense I can make some healthy decisions or make some choices that'll benefit my health. So.... Was greeted by Liliana upon entering and aside from being really easy on the eyes Lily was real knowledgeable about some particulars I was looking for. In specific some supplements to help reduce my bodies inflammation a bit... This store has an enormous selection of vitamins, protein mixes, bars, supplements and just about the whole gambit of health solutions you'd be looking for if getting your mind, body and soul right was the goal. Signed up for some type of membership being I will definitely be coming back to buy my vitamins and CBD from here. Really would recommend this location to anyone looking or if your inside The Premium South Outlet Mall I'd suggest taking a look. You'll find something worth the stop. I Google’d “Smoke Shops Las Vegas” and this smoke shop was the first result.I called in, asked if they had the Volcano. For those who don’t know, it’s an investment because it’s an expensive cannabis vaporizer. It’s high-quality. When I called, I asked if he had one and he said “yes we do sir, it’s $499.” I had previously Google’d the product, and found it was 20% off online (on the official retailer website). So I asked him shyly “are you able to honor a 20%-off deal? Online the product is 20% off” and he replied with such a kind “alright I’ll take a few minutes to look, but call me back in a few.”During this time, I called around and asked. A few places tried to price them at $599 and $699. When I asked “is it the Classic or Hybrid version?” The response was “I don’t know to be honest, probably Hybrid” - the lack of confidence was a let-down.I walked into the store (the one I’m writing this review for) instead of calling him back early. He was helping out a customer, so we browsed the store. Huge selection, and several things caught our eye.So he greeted us very kindly, said “you were the ones who called?” I said yes, he replied “yes I will be able to honor the deal!” and boom! Magic made. He asked where we were from, made wholesome small talk, and welcomed us to Las Vegas.It was a great time overall; simple and fast process, yet friendly and personal. Will definitely visit again!”
