Abby is the best! I've been going here for my glasses since they opened. Apparently my first review back then didn't post. :( Anyways, as someone with a high index prescription (can only see clearly 1 inch in front of my face, so extremely nearsighted), I'm HEAVILY dependent on my glasses. I need to TRUST people to help me find glasses that make me look/feel good. So, I always have one trusted family member with me. Here, I feel like I can come by myself and know I'll be taken care of and leave feeling amazing. Abby treated me like family and went above and beyond for me. I get emotional about it because I've NEVER been treated so well, or felt so taken care of. My vision is EVERYTHING to me. Abby needs all the awards and praise. I'm so happy with my glasses and only trust them (eveyone else here are all amazing too). I'll only come here or wherever Abby goes. I'm so grateful and appreciative of Abby and the other employees (they're all great). I'll ONLY recommend them... and honestly have NEVER recommended any place before. For background, Lenscrafters... made me feel HORRIBLE as a child. Who thinks it's ok to TELL a child (7-8 years old) their vision is too bad for any promotional deals that I could easily read. Like, you could have pulled my mom aside or worded things differently. I'll never forget that crushed feeling as a kid or hearing how bad my eyes are. I'm the reason for the fine print. Yup, I heard that. AS A KID. :( So, I've had trust issues getting glasses and HATED every time I needed new glasses. So, to have Abby go above and beyond for me, is EVERYTHING. She made sure my glasses are the best they can be. (I'm seriously crying appreciative happy tears right now.) That says a lot. I ONLY TRUST Abby and the employees here. So, if you want the absolute BEST, this is the ONLY place to go.

They found me fràms to fit. My dog had chewed up and got me on my way within 20 minutes to a 1/2 an hour and she was very courteous and accom a dating.

Dr. Office staff was extremely knowledgeable with all my questions. Dr. Was kind, personable yet pleasant & studied from my fiancé hometown, Boston!
Glasses side, Emil assisted me choosing the best frames that worked best for me & also provided multiple options!

Abby, Christina and Johnny were all soooo amazing when assisting me with finding my perfect glasses. They were all so patient with me because I have bifocals and wanted permanent tint with thick frames. This was the best Eyecare experience I have ever had!
