The front desk is HORRIBLE they are not only rude but they refuse to try and help you. I broke my glasses and needed my prescription they claim even though they have records of my previous purchase WITH THE PRESCRIPTION USED FOR MY LENSES they are unable to give me that information unless I purchased my glasses from them. (The dr portion is closed so I'm unable to get it from them) I don't want to go back because my first experience was horrible as well. The lady who was fitting my glasses told me it was because my ear were crooked that's why my glasses didn't sit right on my face. I ended up having to go to eyeglass world to have them readjust them FOR FREE!!! This place has terrible customer which is exactly why I planned to go elsewhere

I had an appointment and it was on time. The gal that helped me with my new glasses was excellent. She explained all prices with me and let me decide without pressuring me.!! Love this place

The first time I came here a year ago my experience was wonderful.
Coming back this time my experience was HORRIBLE.
My appointment felt very driver thru experience. Get me out as quick as they could.
Then I got called to come back to try contact brands. The person on the phone told me they didn’t make appointment for the weekend. Yet when i came to the weekend appointment everyone checking in was asked if they had an appointment and everyone said yes.
Since they told me they didn’t take appointments on the weekend i showed up early and WAITED FOREVER to see the doctor.
Which I never did. Fast forward to an hour later, no one saw me and when I asked them about it they said I was next. But when they tried to take me in they told me there were no rooms open. At this point I was over waiting. I left. To which after several minutes they called me and I told them I wouldn’t be back. And they made me come back and return the contacts I was trying.
I will NEVER COME BACK NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Update: Don’t waste your time trying to talk to any one in the office or emailing the customer service email I got in the “response by owner.” Not Visionworks or the office has tried to help.
I have paid for a prescription that is of no use to me.
Don’t waste your time or money here. Go any where else.

The doctor is great, but the front desk staff is incompetent and rude. I've been asking for my records for months now. I signed the HIPAA form/ release form multiple times, I called a few months back to make sure they received the form and front desk lady said yes and everything looks great. months later still nothing ... I called today another they're asking me to send my ID. This is crazy waiting months for your own prescription. Will never come back again.

They don't answer the phone, I've been calling for a week. When I finally joined them, they put me on hold forever. I called back and the staff was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there.

Staff was friendly and very attentive. I did a glasses and contact exam. The Optometrist was very thorough and patient during both exams. Everything went smoothly and I was assisted by the staff to pick out the perfect glasses.

Very Poor Experience. ???
Previous experience with Optometrist was at an other location.
Came for same Doctor because of their great exam last year.
Called ahead to verify my new insurance was taken.
Was told when making appt no changes to coverage and costs would be the same.
Upon arrival, very unpleasant and unprofessional staff informed me it would be $10 CoPay ($0 Copay last yr) and $45-$85 for Contact lenses exam ($0 CoPay).??
Traveled 30 mins for visit as this is not in my neighborhood and I loved the experience last yr with the Doctor.
Would enjoy being contacted back by professional management staff to explain the lack of professionalism and understanding that was not expressed when I visited.
I was very specific when making this appt. I am very unhappy with this waste of time and the very sarcastic "Have a good day" expressed to me by staff as I left very unhappy.

Went in for eye exam. Fluffy Spanish lady in there with red hair was mean for no reason.. I could go on about her but long story short she was simply unpleasant. And this review is no April fools joke. Intensify your patience if you plan on going in and she's there.. she wouldn't give her name. I almost took a picture of her to be sure she's identified but I didn't want to agitate at all..

Excellent selection but most important to me was the excellent customer service provided to me by Randy. I am very picky and indecisive and he patiently worked with me for over an hour to help me find the best pair. When I went back for an exchange he was equally patient and helpful. Best experience ever! Thank you.
