Everyone is nice and welcoming. The staff joke and get along. I went back to get more glasses and I was in and out pretty quickly .

My entire experience was fantastic! Everyone--from the very helpful lady who gave me directions when my navigation system died on the way to their store, to the wonderful lady who helped me pick out 2 stylish frames (from a very wide selection of styles), to the lovely lady who helped me sign in, to the incredible doctor, to the gracious young man who helped me with selecting my lenses--was exceedingly kind and very professional. And, their equipment is state-of-the-art, which gives me great confidence in their technical professionalism. What more could one possibly ask for?
