The hotel, in Vegas term is excellent. Clean rooms and good decor. The view on ACs on the roof is typical Vegas unless you wanna shell 1000s.
I asked 1 favor at the front desk and they were as helpful as when you try to check out alcohol at the self service check out at Ralph’s…

I chose this hotel because of benefits from my credit card because I expected excellent service. I checked in and the front desk confirmed that I could have, as promised, early check in, a free upgrade, and hotel credit.
The upgraded room “with a view” promised “soon” at 1 was not ready until normal check-in at 3. We asked for a simple cart to move our luggage and the bell service was visibly angry about it.
The room was not upgraded and faced a cement wall. That was literally the only thing visible. Everything seemed extremely clean, except the bottom of the toilet.
I was not given the welcome letter I was supposed to receive with instructions on using my credit. So I spent a sum I would not have otherwise, and they refused to credit it back even with receipts. Instead they offered a new credit the night before we were to check out and barely had time to use.
They offered the original $100 credit plus $50. I used the $50 on breakfast and NOW THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE EXTRA CREDIT THEY OFFERED ME.
You can’t use the fridge even to cool a can of soda. We received no housekeeping. And when it is 90° out at sunset, they apparently close the pool at 5 PM “due to cold.”
Such an all-around disappointment.

Walkability: Is a bit off strip. It's about a 30 minute walk to the main drag.
Food and drinks: The Kitchen is 24 hour service and the food is terrific!

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. It's quiet and a little bit off the beaten path. It's chill and has a great atmosphere. Rooms are fun. The restaurants, spa and facilities were great. Would recommend and visit here again.

My husband and I just got back from spending 2 nights here. First of all, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our shower did have a slight mildew smell. Our room was on the South side of the building, so our view was not super nice; basically a view of the roof. The location is close to the airport and Allegiant Stadium, and not too far from the main strip. It has a beautiful pool and lots of dining options. Transportation into and out of the hotel was easy.
We had dinner at Kassi, which was okay. The food was good, but we were sitting in the bar which was loud and very warm. It was so warm I kept having to fan myself. They have a great wine list. After dinner, we went in search of drinks and sweets and ended up at Casa Calavera where Bartender Joe made us some amazing drinks. Try a mezcal old fashion; so good!! We had breakfast at The Kitchen. The Juevos Rancheros were delicious. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful to the point that my hub and I both commented on it to each other as we left the restaurant.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

I am a resort owner, and they knew this, but somehow, my hotel view was that of the parking lot. I'd reported that I didn't have towels, and four hours later, I still didn't have any and therefore had to report again. There weren't any basic bath accessories such as a shower cap, etc. Due to me having allergies, I couldn't use their perfumed body wash, soap, or lotion. No shuttle was available. Then, they deactivated my room card a day earlier prior to my checkout date. When I called downstairs, the lady said security was coming in 10 minutes, and they never showed. They held $200 for my room and had to comp me $50 twice. Upon checkout they tried to charge me for opening the mini fridge, yet I never took anything from it, as well as I was told that I would receive a refund of approximately $110 and I still haven't seen it. If this is the experience for a resort owner, then I'm no longer interested. Virgin Hotel will have to do better.
Rooms: Don't open the fridge because you'll be charged.
Nearby activities: The hotel has a casino. Therefore, it was easy for my mother to get to and enjoy herself.
Safety: There was plenty of security around, and this was great
Walkability: Walking around the hotel was very good exercise.
Food and drinks: The food was very good.
Noteworthy details: Some of the employees were very helpful and nice. The manager was nonchalant and didn't seem interested in assisting when help was needed. Close to airport.

This is a great hotel and casino just off of the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. The casino and resort is bright and feels fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Guests at the hotel also get 2-4-1 at the Commons Club bar. Only a 10 minute walk or $5 taxi to the strip. I have stayed here a few times now and would highly recommend!

Outstanding hotel! Extremely comfortable suite. Very helpful staff. Hotel has several restaurants, a casino, and other amenities. Close enough to the major Vegas attractions, but far enough to be a bit quieter.

We go to this casino all the time for the ambiance, our favorite steakhouse is one steakhouse. The Mexican restaurant is also great Casa Calverde!!!!

Don’t expect priority treatment just because you’re a Diamond status holder. They call people from the regular line all the time! They looked angry and didn't give a nice and friendly impression. And I washed my hands after checking in and saw their towels stained. It deserves 3 stars. You need to walk 10 mins to get to your room from the main gate

We attended a concert 11/06 for Whiskey Myers. We got orchestra seating, standing room. I was the DD for context. We got removed from concert on the second to last song from two female security guards who said we “fell over.” Seems our dancing was irritating people in the standing room. Okay, you might be questioning our dancing, picture cowboy boots and shorts, having a good time nothing erratic. The people next to us in the standing area, who were texting the WHOLE time, were irritated to begin with (probably the disgruntled crowd). Music was great, however, our experience was extremely poor. We were pulled out of the concert and removed for a bunch of lies with literally no basis. I’m not kidding, I had to listen to their “reasoning,” lol never heard so much bs in my life.. They wouldn’t even listen to anything I say! They just chalked us up to a bunch of drunks like everyone in LV. Once again, I was the DD… I tried to have a conversation with them. They wouldn’t listen. They were completely on a power trip!! They were so so so rude. They were completely invalidated, and they had no intelligence (based on a 3 minute, one way conversation). The security guard with purple hair obviously was as unqualified as well as her counterpart. Consider us never to come back to this venue. I’ve been to many venues and have never had this experience before. I have NEVER had such a poor experience. I’ve never even written a review because nothing has pushed me to do so until now. If you want to go to a concert where you can’t dance and enjoy yourself by all means this is the place. I advised otherwise.
