Great meat, great price, and very friendly and knowledgeable workers. I wish I found this place sooner. NY steak had marbling!

I just purchased a brisket to smoke, and man… probably the best thing I ever made. The meat was so tender and juicy, and had a taste you can’t get from the market stores.
