Update 2024! I've spent so much money here and today they took my purse at the door to lock it up . My friend and I were the only black women in the store and other women were allowed to keep their bags, purses! I'm HIGHLY offended. Thieves come is ALL colors! You just lost a great customer. Rating from 5 stars to ZERO!

I always go here whenever I need nail supplies. Everyone here is friendly and treats me extremely well. They also have an excellent selection.

I was recommended this store by multiple people and it’s become my absolute favorite nail shop. They have everything and for a really good price. Super friendly employees and helpful. I love love this store and everything they have to offer! They have a lot of name brands too!

The fact that I’ve never stepped foot in this store, but see how the owners/team members have responded to some of these reviews, confirms all I need to know. Some responses were so condescending and a very improper justification as to why you all carry some of the policies that you carry.Also, it’s more than ONE person saying the exact same thing that others have said regarding being discriminated against.Great customer service will always trump areas of lack. It’s how you respond, and how you treat people that visit your establishment. Are you truly attentive and willing to help, are you respectfully answering questions that are being asked, are you providing solutions etc? From these views, it looks like you’re causing more problems than solutions, and that’s resulting in being viewed in a negative way overall.I definitely will not be shopping here, and if anybody else is still shopping here, I hope and pray that they’re treated with fairness and respect!

I bought 3 nail polishes. All went to trash. The worst quality ever. Do not waste your gas and spend money in this place. Employees are also off. You cannot ask them anything. Your presence as a customer is non-existent to them.

I went into the supply store this past Sunday to purchase nippers and I was very displeased with not only the quality of the nippers, but the integrity of the establishment. I attempted to exchange the nippers that were defective because, the nippers could not cut the corners of natural nails, nor could they cut cuticles. I threw away all of my prior nippers, along with the packaging of the new nippers- under the impression THEY WOULD WORK/BECAUSE THEY ARE BRAND NEW! During my attempt to exchange/return I was asked where the packaging for the nippers were. I explained I did not have the packaging, but I did have my receipt. A women told me I could not exchange or return the nippers, therefore in order to get new nippers I had to purchase them at full price. I purchased 4 new pair of nippers for $52 and my recipient was marked with an ALL SALES FINAL stamp. When my original purchase my made I was not informed of the return/exchange policy, there is no all sales are final stamp on my original receipt and the fact that the women did not care that the items I was sold were completely unusable/defective is beyond me.

I’ve never had a problem here it’s usually my go to store However I bought their monomer that’s already on their bottles labeled as “Ema monomer” and I even double asked the guy at the counter and he assured me it was “ema” however I took it to my beauty school today and after trying a suck off the acrylic turned very sticky and it was really hard to take off, my teacher recognized it right away as “mma” monomer that’s actually super illegal in the US!! I’m very disappointed because I really do love shopping here ☹️
