“This facility offers fair pricing and the added benefit of animal visits. The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was incredibly patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. Even during peak times, I observed the staff handling everything smoothly and with a friendly demeanor.
The nurse was attentive, asking the necessary questions with patience and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the procedure.
The doctor was excellent, providing detailed explanations and recommending the necessary treatment options.
Overall, the facility was very clean and well-sanitized. Although it was a bit of a drive from where I live, the experience was well worth it.”

“Visited clinic today 10/12/24 for the first time. Took in a stray kitty I’ve been feeding for vaccines and FIV test. I want to specifically give a thanks to the office staff. Everyone was kind and patient and took the time to explain answers to questions I had. Denise especially went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable in this process as it is my first time tending to a stray to give over to rescue. Before my appointment I called around to many locations for pricing and they were the best I’ve found. It was very organized process and pretty quick for a walk in service! Highly recommend!”

“Update. Espinoza is no longer with Creature Comforts, but Hussey still is, and still is just as great as when we met a while ago. I'll add Justin as a technician worth mentioning. He spent a couple of minutes making my dog feel comfortable. So much so that she seeked him out for more touches. I'm still going here, and I still love this place 10/10 on all counts.Dr. Espinoza and Dr. Hussey, are very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me so much information about my dog in 1 visit that I had to take notes. My dog has been to 3 vets, and we've been told by them that nothing was wrong. Espinoza called me 2 hours after the visit with comprehensive results. We are now on a treatment plan.I'd like to add that Amanda has also been extremely friendly and helpful at getting appointments for me and accommodating different things like dropping my dog to be seen, etc. Hands down the best experience at a vet in Vegas yet”
“I saw two different vets today due to my scheduling issues. I saw Dr Kinkade and Dr Mathews, both are wonderful. These vets are pretty much my go to doctors along with Dr Knher. This hospital with its friendly staff and knowledgeable Vets meet the needs of my pets and my family. Appointment availability is reasonable. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. I find this veterinary clinic meets all my pet needs with a smile.”

“We had been through 3 different exotic animal vets because we have bunnies . Never did we find professional bunny experts, like they didn't know anything about them ! Until we found Dr. B! Finally, we are so happy and feel safe taking our bunnies to her. Any time I email with questions or call they are very helpful savvy, very friendly, and extra caring staff & clinic. We had them vaccinated, spayed, and neutered here aswell! We love them.”
