Went to Versace shopping for a new bag and I have to say customer service was amazing from the moment I booked my appointments. My s.a was amazing she help me find what I want. When I made it into the store all staff was welcoming. I had a wonderful experience with Versace . Highly recommend

Poor communication skills! Purchased a pair of sunglasses from Jesse F. He never mentioned the exchange or return policy. I believe they should notify you ahead of time. I wanted to exchange the item and their policy is no exchange or return for sunglasses! Surprisingly, I called him and asked him why you never mentioned it to me as he knew I was undeceived by 2 models. His answer was well people will get defensive if I tell them the exchange policy!!!! Really!!??? Horrible customer service!

The experienced was okay. They didn't ignore me like what other people saying. They did not pressure me to buy to be honest. They were patient enough to help me find what I want. The reason I give 3 stars because I had better experience somewhere else like in Beverly Hills locations. I mean they friendlier over there rather than here. The sales person in Beverly Hills more like building relations like gave me name card and told me if I need something just to WhatsApp them. Over here they just help you get what you want and that's it. I love the brand it screams loud. I got what I want and left.

When shopping for luxury items it's as much about the experience as it is merchandise. This was my and my wife's first Versace purchase. It was a pair of shoes that she just loved and I couldn't tell her no as she's not a big spender. Will return next trip to Vegas for sure.

I've been to a handful of Versace stores, and the sales associates at this location surpass even the fantastic ones at other locations. Linette was the sweetest, most helpful and friendly associate I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone else was super nice and friendly but she was above and beyond.

I decided to pop in to this Versace location & was not disappointed. The store associate, Vi, said even though I reside in Orlando, I could still shop with her. Talk about convenience. I found one great item that I loved. If you’re ever in Vegas, shop with Vi at Versace in Crystals at City Center

Vi doesn’t communicate and leaves you in the dark for weeks until you reach out first! Definitely lost a customer, won’t return to this location, not a proper way to do business. No confirmation of order being placed or not, no follow up, nothing….

I got a purse for Christmas. I went in store for an exchange. The rude sales people and ridiculous over the top vivid restrictions helped me decide to return it all together. Spending thousands of dollars at a store that treats you like this is silly.
