I went to this store to get a sim card only and waited for more than an hour to see a customer service representative. Both sales girls stayed with the same customer for an hour and didn’t pay any attention to us. Really disappointed.

Angel Luna, the Manager of the store, went out of his way to help me. When no other store carried the color phone I wanted, he went the extra step and ordered for me. I went to two other Verizon stores prior, and no one even offered to do this. He didn't try to up sell me, which as a salesperson myself, I totally appreciate. He spent alot of time helping me set up the phone. After I left the store and realized I was having some issues, I went back to the store (which is on the other side of town from where I live). Angel was at another store and Anthony tried his best to help me resolve the issues, but called Angel when he couldn't. I appreciated everything that Anthony tried to do too. Angel and I made an appt for the next day. Fortunately I was able to figure out everything I had to and therefore didn't need to return. I appreciated Angel's patience and willingness to help me. I also appreciate little details like everyone being welcomed into the store when you come in. Little things like this make a difference. Verizon is lucky to have someone like Angel who is very professional and cares about his customers. I told him if he ever left to let me know where he would be, because I'd be happy to have him as my salesperson for every future purchase!

I visited this Verizon today to switch my carrier from AT&T, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my decision. The service, particularly from Angel, was exceptional. Angel not only patiently explained the transfer process but also went above and beyond to answer all my questions with expertise. The dedication and positivity shown by Angel made my experience truly outstanding. Moreover, the entire team at this Verizon was attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite the busy store traffic this afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and support I received during my visit, and I would highly recommend this store to others.

Kylee, Anthony, Angel, and Mika were extremely helpful employees here. They made extra effort to make sure I got the best deals available for my family account (student discount, new devices, our plan, other subscriptions, etc.). I know people who've had really unhelpful people at other Verizon locations or with Verizon people on the phone, but these 4 people that helped me here were awesome, and honestly I think they deserve a raise.

Kylie was so helpful and super nice. She even helped us find a better and cheaper monthly plan for my family. I will definitely go back to this store for our next upgrade.

I absolutely loved my experience here. We came in a few 1times for different reasons. I loved the manager, Angel. He was so helpful, sweet, and patient. He got us set up with internet, phones, and watches. The last time we came in, Anthony helped us, and he was very helpful and quick. Generally, when I go to get a new phone, it's a pain, but this was such a fun experience for me. Thanks Angel and Anthony!

I would give zero stars if I could. My family & I went into the store today with the intent on making a purchase. We were greeted with a stale "Hi, I'll get to you when I can". 5 minutes later someone else walked in. He proceeded to wait as well. While the employee was still helping the current customer, he began helping the person that walked in behind us. His current customer was not happy about that as neither were we since we had been waiting longer. We ended up walking out after already waiting 20 minutes. No apology or anything. We went to a different Verizon store where we were greeted with a smile & everyone was extremely friendly.

I had placed an order and was told it would take at least 2 hours for my order to be prepared. I was ok with that. I called again then was told “your order is still being processed, you can call customer service.” Pretending he didn’t know why it was still being processed, After waiting 5 hours. Now I have to call customer service to see why it’s taking forever?! I spoke to someone in the sale department and I was told it was the store that needed to prepare my order. Smh. I am new to Verizon and I regret purchasing from this carrier.
