I can’t say enough about Vince and his team at this store. I came in with a unique problem that needed to be fixed. Even with all of the 22 people we talked to in customer service that day being unwilling to help (calling into customer service not in the store) he took the time out of his day to sit there with me in the store step by step even talking to them on my behalf to get the problem fixed. In my opinion this was above and beyond the call of duty for him. I came back in the store this morning to thank him in person but he wasn’t working today. Vince from me to you, you are awesome and what the definition of customer service should be today. Thank you

My phone had reached it's capacity of storage and I couldn't open my camera or texts or anything... and I use my phone for my business, unfortunately I am in a crunch financially right now but I needed a phone! I went to this Verizon store and Daniel helped me. I had brought in my Mother's phone (who passed away 1 year ago, and I had paid it off so I could keep it and look at her thousands of pictures.) Anyways, I knew that in order to get a phone today that I could actually afford because of my current financial situation I would have to turn it in along with my current phone (this was extremely emotional for me, I know it's a physical item, but it was very hard). Daniel was so incredibly kind and patient, was able to help me lower the cost of getting this new phone today by taking the 2 other phones I had, but really what got me, was just how understanding and kind he was. I cried a little, because it was my Mom's phone, but he helped me, he was patient, we set everything up, and I left with a new working phone. Y'all I bawled like a baby on the way to the store because I knew I was going to have to turn my Mother's phone in and it's really the last physical connection I had to her, but Daniels patience and kindness actually made it easier. I am very grateful for his assistance today, and in a weird way it was a huge release and healing for me. Think of that, we never know what others are going through, and something that seems so mundane or simple to others could be hard from some. And Daniel didn't judge me, and I'm certain he has no clue how much his kindness and compassion helped me. Definitely will be returning to this store. Thank You!

Hard to find good customer service and even Harder to find GREAT customer service Mr. Boyd provided exactly that. Amazing guy !! I had a few inquires since I have 5 lines with Verizon and he assisted me with grace. Come looking for him if you need some help I never write reviews but this needed to be said!! Thumbs up Verizon

Very good customer service. They took care of my issue with my tablet and made me aware of upgrades and sales without being pushy. I will remember them when I'm ready to upgrade.

I have had the extremely good fortune to work with Daniel who has helped me solve my cell phone issues. He is by far the very best customer service person I have ever worked with. I can't thank him enough for his unfailing courtesy, understanding, and patience...especially his patience. I would give him 100 stars if I could.

we just moved to Las Vegas, and unfortunately, Verizon is the ONLY WiFi we can get service down south where we live. We stopped in so we could set up WiFi account, since we don’t have good service at our house. Woman with the dark hair who was helping us was RUDE. She took our address and told us that we couldn’t have WiFi because the people who lived at the house before us didn’t pay their bill. How is that my problem again?? I have never had an account with Verizon and am a new customer, so that shouldn’t be relevant to me or us at all!!! We even offered to return the old WiFi box that was left at the house but nope, that wasn’t an option!! She said there’s nothing to do about it. RUDE and horrible customer service !!! I am so glad we don’t have Verizon as our phone carrier!! They are a mess!!!

I went in there to ask about the Samsung S24+. The tech didn't answer my questions. He kept pushing the internet and the Google phone. So I left with no answers for The phone I wanted. Guess ill try another store.

Amazing management! After going to an indirect store and the rep making a huge mess of my business application, David, Lucky and the rest were super helpful and accommodating at sorting it out. Literally spent 8 hours on and off there to fix it. I am super grateful.

I’m really satisfied of our experience in this verizon location. Yesterday my family and I tried to surprise my dad with a new phone and glad it went well. A special thank you to Kiysha the retail specialist over there who really help us go through all this process. She is amazing salesperson. I would highly recommend this place to anyone ?

Young lady was very helpful.We found phones perfect for our needs! However, she was supposed to add insurance on both phones...but only added it on one of them. Suggestion - always double check everything before you leave the store to be sure you have everything you requested. Doing that would've saved us a long phone call.

Wendy, Wendy, Wendy... I feel like after reading all of these reviews about how horrible her customer service was she wouldn't be working there any longer, but lo and behold, she ended up 'helping' us. After dealing with Wendy's terrible attitude, I left the store feeling completely disheartened. Her unwillingness to assist us or even explain the promotion restrictions clearly added to the frustration. It seems to me that customer service is not just a job title but an approach to treating people with respect, which Wendy severely lacks. My advice to anyone visiting this location is to avoid interacting with her if possible. Instead, seek out another representative who understands the importance of customer satisfaction and is willing to help. Remember, a pleasant shopping experience is shaped significantly by the staff, and unfortunately, Wendy does not contribute positively to this environment.
