I normally don't write reviews...but I felt I needed to about this place. I've been with Verizon for almost 20 years now and I just had the worst most frustrating experience at this store Save yourself a headache and go to an actual Verizon store.

Liar! They promised me a rate and a credit for my trade ins. I'm still trying get them to apply it but it's been hard since kody the store liar can't never return calls like he promises. I should've stayed with t-mobile

After spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon support without any resolution I went to the Verizon store. Within 15 minutes the manager Kennedy identified the issue and was able to get with thing porting team and get my brand new phone working. During the 2 hour phone call the representative never contacted the porting team. What a waste of my time. I was ready to return the phones and go back to my old carrier. However Kennedy was fantastic and saved Verizon from losing a customer. I can not say enough great things about Kennedy and her team. I will only go to that Verizon store for any further needs!

Heads up, this is not an actual Verizon store but a third party company called Victra. They charge fees that an actual Verizon store won’t charge. The guy that I talked to was nice but save your money and find an actual Verizon store.

The worst pre-order experience of my life was with this location. I've ordered 2 iPhone 15 with them, pro and Pro Max. They told us that we would get the phones as soon as they arrived. The 15 pro arrived at the store on 9/22, but they won't release it to me until the other arrives. They told me on the 22nd when I went to go get the new phone. I regret going to this store. I've never had this issue before. I should have known by seeing an empty store on aSaturday, that they were not good. I regret changing locations. Don't go there.

Out of the blue my phone shuffled everything and rearranged itself. After many failed attempts to restore it to its former, familiar format I went to the Verizon store. At the store "Ricky" said, no problem, and immediately took all of the mystery steps needed to return my phone to its former self and just the way I like it. Ricky is knowledgeable, efficient and absolutely understands customer service. I highly recommend!

Is just unbelievable they want to charge me for a Verizon mistake, send me a new phone and can't activated, I came here to a Verizon facility to get help but " because I bought it online is my problem and I'm responsable " that's what the employee told me , they can maybe help me , his not a technician but is gonna charge me 30$ for try it , wht kind a service is this , im tired of the customer service and the cell phone of Verizon, they work for Verizon but they only help you if you bought the phone there , this is horrible custom service and policys.
