Absolutely LOVE Verizon but PLEASE do AWAY with that ANNOYINGLY long winded Verizon Assistant AI or whatever it is. Talks WAY too much, voice is CRINGE as all hell. I absolutely HATE having to call you all to have to listen to meaningless minutes of that thing speak.

Worst experience I ever had. Daniel has glasses. Not very helpful. Kind of rude. Verizon keeps charging us a lot of money and instead of trying to help me find a A solution Kind of Smile at me. And told me next time I shouldn't come in person. I can call over the phone and get help. If you come to this location, don't work with Daniel very rude.

I went there yesterday. The Cambodian guy helped me with great customer service. His African American coworker did good also. He brought cheetos to my baby and that put my baby on the good mood so I can finish the business with them. Nice team working there.

Scam - Avoid This StoreI went to this store to add a line for my son. A Verizon rep told me that was impossible and I had to cancel my existing bundle since I reached my cap. After talking to him for about 30 minutes, I logged into my account and saw an easy way to add a line at $20/mo while he was positioning a more expensive bundle and $75/mo for my son's line. I should have left the store then but he told me that he felt bad and would give me a free iPhone for the new line - WRONG! I am now being billed for the "free iPhone" for the next 3 years. I have now contacted Verizon to resolve this but I am very frustrated with this store and dishonesty. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and expected more than this treatment.

Worst experience ever, I went in on sept 22nd for my bday, I was excited to see that they had two iPhone 15 pro max left, the guy that helped me said I would get 850 for my 22 pro max and only pay 5.55. I asked him here is no hidden cost or anything, he responded no I promise you will get it.Two days later I call to double check, I was like it’s too good to be true. You what a shocker it was, they said that the guy who helped me lied and provided me with the wrong info, that based on the phone plane that I was only getting 200 for my phone. I said no I should be getting 850 for my phone and only pay 5.55 for the 15 pro max, he was like nah you have to be on the ultimate plan, which was never explained to me. He refers me to the store, I got in and a black lady assisted me, she apologize that the guy had told me the wrong into but rest assured that she promise that it will be taken care of and that I would get 1,000 for my phone and only pay 5.55.Almost a month later, why am I lot surprised, I call in they said oh we go your phone you have the promo for 200 for your trade in, I was furious. Now I have to explain the whole ordeal that I dealt with that I was “rest assured” which they are all famous for saying. Nothing was done, then I was told I didn’t qualify for that promotion.

Customer service was great in store however the young lady didn’t activate the device properly. I had to sit on the phone with Verizon for an hour to get the device activated after she said “yeah just turn it on and you’re good to go” ?

Watch out these guys are shysters! I was told on November 29th of 2022 that I would get a free tablet as long as I paid the $10 a month line fee since I purchased the Samsung Ultra 22 phone and that was a complete lie. The customer service representative over the phone told me today that the promotion was only from November 10th through November 23rd. No wonder I didn't get a copy of the purchase agreement and only got a copy of the receipt of transaction for payment! I'm being charged $700 plus the line fee for a tablet I don't even use! These sales reps will do whatever they can to get a sale. Be aware!

Tried to do the 30 day free trial, but it did not work. I have a unlocked IPhone 14 Pro Max bought directly at Apple and Verizon (Store nor Hotline) is not able to activate a esim on that device in order to start the free 30 day trial. I stay at T-Mobile. If Verizon wants to change my mind, feel free to contact me. If you find a satisfying solution for me I would appreciate that.

After a long day at work, I arrived at this Verizon at 7:20ish, as I was extremely excited to get my children a new iPad and cell phones. I did understand that they closing at 8 that's why I rushed to the location In time, but I felt it was more than enough time to service me, as I already knew what I wanted and had the money in hand. I get to the store and wait, and I see a lady not doing anything and I ask if she can assist. She tells me NO, she is a "floor manager" and not a sales rep so she can't assist me, she can only can assist the sales reps... and ends the conversation with "we close at 8" hearing her say that made me feel as if I wouldn't get assisted due to the fact that they were busy-- regardless if I was In the store at a decent time. I felt this is kind of odd, being that you're the leader of this team at the moment; you'll let your customers and your team suffer because you don't want to lend a helping hand. What kind of leader is that?! It left me feeling weird, but I stayed to get help. I ended up being helped by a wonderful person and got all of the things I needed. But I do wish management would do a better job at helping their team and the customers .

3825 S Maryland Pkwy Ste A, Las Vegas, NV 89119Anthony went above and beyond for me. I have never experienced a more personable and hard working sales representative during the last 2 years of being a Verizon carrier. I drove across the country and lost my phone here in Vegas of all places. His can do attitude has really brightened my day.I have an Iphone 14 now. Getting my account unlocked took what felt like 3 hours. Nevertheless. Anthony did not rush me.Hes great definitely go to him if you are ever in Las Vegas and have had your phone lost or stolen. Also he pays to your favorite color.

Horrific customer service. Arrived at the Town Square location in Las Vegas, NV on 7/8/23 at about 7:15pm to trade-in/upgrade my phone. Went though all the options/costs/promos and was ready to buy. The representative then said they didn't have time to complete the purchase/transfer as the store would be closing in 30 minutes. He said I'd have to make an appointment to come back to complete the purchase/transfer. I scheduled an appointment for 7/10/23, only to arrive and learn that the promo I was supposed to get just 2 days before had expired. The Manager (Hilda) said there was nothing she could do and told me to call customer service. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years. They couldn't care less. When did Verizon become so awful? Sadly, I don't think they'd even care if I switched providers.

This is the best Verizon store in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. I had a complicated problem on an older J3V phone that I just like with no value . They went above and beyond to fix it . If this location is busy , it is for a reason , you cannot put a price on good service these days. I compare a cell phone store to the DMV ..a necessary inconvenience I dread... BUT this location needs to be set apart from the rest and recognized as the best in all of Las Vegas ... Thanks excellent staff and management!
