I went to this location on Wednesday at 1:45 pm ( unfortunately I don’t know the sales person name) he was not helpful at all, he was so rude and mean to me and made me to leave and go to different locations.

This was a legit place that had professionals who were complementary and understanding of my situation of losing my phone in Las Vegas my first night. More than satisfied and left feeling more than fairly given great customer service, emphathized with my plight/situation, and was happily cheered up despite my circumstance to allow me to enjoy the rest of my visit to LV. John and Juan were ultimate professionals making sure things were well explained and had great suggestions. Like insurance on my phone which was a great deal. And also they were fun to talk with.

Just dropped in to check on pricing for a mobile internet Hotspot device and to buy a specific phone if it were available, but it wasn't so I just picked the dude's brain about internet Hotspot devices and he seemed to be knowledgeable enough.. Nothing special, nothing of noteworthiness to report. Milquetoast encounter / experience here and therefore 3 out of 5 stars.
