If I could give it zero stars I would because this is Absolutely the WORST location possible ..I gave it the benefit of doubt but this my second time going there and yet again left disappointed and not helped…from the associates not really knowing how to help with issues to them being disrespectful yeah definitely NOT a location I recommend to anyone .

Didn't want to get a new cell. Associate MELANY WAS OUTSTANDING. she showed me how easy it was to navigate a new cell etc. She was patient, thorough and very professional while being friendly! Nav and Julio were also great!

Apparently, I interrupted their personal video time because the female acted like it took every ounce of energy to talk to me. I explained my problem, and neither one of the employees seemed to understand the actual problem, even though I explained it twice. They finally sold me a car charger that they said would solve the problem, but my phone would not connect to the car as it was the wrong type. I walked back in the store and returned the useless charger (which was 3 times as expensive as any other charger I've ever purchased). As I was now fully aware that I would get no intelligent help at this store, from these people, I left.

Jasmine williams was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in to fix some problems with my account that victra locations were very unhelpful with but Jasmine was able to get me out of the door with complete satisfaction in under 20 minutes. She is a very efficient and helpful worker. Despite having to help answer questions that her other employees were asking for her help with She was more than capable of multi tasking helping her fellow co workers and customers. I hope that this multi billion dollar corporation can adequately accommodate her for her work ethic because people like her are taken for granted far too often, especially by big companies like Verizon.
