The employees here lied and were rude and lazy during my entire visit. I had nothing but problems with them because they only cared about sales. Horrible experience. This was supposedly a corporate store but seemed retail instead.

On 2/24 I went to the East Flamingo to get a SIM card swap that customer service told me to go pick up
While waiting I encounter a rude rep name David who really told me to go back to another store because he could not help, this is not how you or anyone would treat any customer.
At the same time it was just not only me he was rude to but multiple customers and all were walking out.
Someone should do something about this kids attitude, he’s not in the right job for a nasty attitude like he had on Saturday and I don’t write reviews but he really pissed me tf off…
The other girl had to apologize for his behavior and fix my SIM card issue which was something very easy to do.
I would not recommend anyone going there while his rude self is there and I am sorry to even say this but this was a nightmare

I went into this store because my phone wasn't connecting to wifi at home (even though my computer was showing a strong and secure wifi connection). Also, I wasn't able to consistently make phone calls. Same thing at the store: No wifi/Couldn't make calls. CONCLUSION: My 11-year old phone had reached the end of its serviceable life. David showed me the free phone I was able get because of my long history with Verizon (a Samsung S24). After spending some time going through it, I was thrilled--it would definitely work for me! We picked out the phone protectors I needed, he transferred my data, I paid the sales tax for the phone as well as for the protectectors, got a bit more familiar with this beautiful and efficiently intuitive phone, and I was on my way! Thank you, David and Verizon!

Worst service for people just do pick up 30 minutes, really useless people!
