This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I wasted a day and a half trying to get my phone number ported over to my new Verizon Phone. I opted to pick my phone up so that they people at this location could make sure it was set up properly. They refused to help. I left the store with my phone not even working. I talked to several reps on the phone last night that could not figure it out either. I finally got one rep on the phone name Verona who took time to find out what need to be done and she got my phone number ported over in no time. I was about 2 seconds from cancelling this entire deal. Train your phone to have better customer service. I have never been treated like this by any other carrier. They also want to charge $30 to transfer my data from my old phone to the new. No other carrier charges for that. I would not recommend this service.

Long wait, had online return orders.Refused to help or call CSR that could help.That's why we left them.Overpriced and jetpack lag is not good for that rateHave tried to give them several chances over the years andnever get the service promised3 stars for store cleanliness

Switched my service over from cricket to get the xtra gaming hotspot bought the most expensive plan you had you’re service is the worst I’ve ever had gaming is a joke and you’re internet is garbage supposed to be 5g more like 1g biggest mistake I ever made was switching to this company crickets service was 100 times better don’t waste you’re money on Verizon they are 100 percent garbage go to cricket wireless

After spending over 1 hour with technical support for my jetpack, it was determined that it's defective and needed to exchanged at a Verizon outlet, was told to go to the one 210 N Nellis Blvd... Las Vegas, NV 89110The unit is only 2 months old and the door receptionist told me that there's an hour waiting time and they need to order a used jetpack because they are not allowed to give you a brand new one.. Verizon always has been a joke and the worse local customer service, but since corporate don't care I guess it's ok

I can't tell you how poor their customer service is. Been on the phone with them for basically a month to get an issue resolved so far no luck and good riddance, I'll never use them for anything

The employees were very nice. Handled a brain damage return for a 5g unit from an authorized retailer. Corporate needs to make this process easier... But their employees did well.
