My name is Connie Morrison. I am using my friends ' phone to post my gratitude for the help I received yesterday from Richard. He helped me with a new phone charger and a new charger for my Apple watch. I also purchased a new tablet and he was very helpful in walking me through the instructions.
Unfortunately neither of my chargers were working correctly so I returned to the same store this afternoon. I wasn't able to speak with Richard today, however, I was introduced to Matthew James and he took care of everything I needed and took the time to explain my new chargers. He made sure these were working before I left the store. I also purchased a cover for the new tablet and once again he walked me through the instructions and showed me all the nice features.
I was in a rush yesterday so I didn't really give Richard enough time to explain things. I am extremely impressed with both young men and I hope you are proud of the great job they both do. I can tell they are happy employees. Thank you

I had lost my phone during a business trip couple months ago. Having different names on the account complicated the situation but Sandra was able to help me in seconds. Thank you very much Sandra.

Thank you Mathew!!! This Verizon is not in the best area but we came In looking for help and we got it right away! The entire team is very welcoming and nice! But Mathew stood out the most! He even helps Spanish speaking customers! He is amazing and unreal! Super professional! Thank you Mathew! We went to other Verizon stores and no one welcomed us or helped us like Mathew did! He got us new iPhones 15 pro max and our bill came out exactly as he said it would! Come ask for Mathew! He will help you!!

Honestly I am so glad we walked into this store! The whole staff is welcoming and very very organized they definitely practice team work and are very close knitted. Greeting and welcoming every customer that enters! But want to give special thanks to Mathew! He is extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and knows what the hell his talking about! Offers extraordinary customer service! Exceptional! Thank you Mathew for helping my step dad, mom and I do our upgrades, lower our cell bill and get better coverage!! Thank you Verizon team! If you need help is the central vegas area come to this Verizon and ask for Mathew!!

Walter was very helpful in getting my phone set up. I had gone to another Verizon store where they troubleshooter my phone, and knocked my service…when they wouldn’t help me turn my phone back on..I went and say Walter at this Verizon store and he got me up and going! Will only be going this store from now on.

The last week of April 2024 my wife and I landed in Las Vegas from Ga for our vacation. We blinked and our phone was stolen. We stopped at Cellular Sales (Verizon) on Maryland Pkwy and met Anthony DelaPaz. I knew immediately I was in good hands. Anthony is very knowledgeable and helpful, which included coming in on his day off and picking me up on the way to take care of my needs. I met a new friend that day. I strongly recommend Anthony for your phone needs. He will take good care of you.
