Came in to drop off my trade because I got my new phone. Employee said they don’t take it in store I have to go to UPS when clearly in the app it says to return it in store “no QR code or label necessary.” Nice job. So friendly up front once she realized she wasn’t getting a sale, she immediately changed her attitude to negative.

Worked with Harper at blue diamond location.
She went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Even found out my home internet box was obsolete.
I highly recommend this store and Harper for all your phone and internet needs.
I have never had someone so friendly and helpful. Ps. She even got me a cold water on a very hot day.
She rocks.

The worst customer service!
2 guys and 1 lady on Sunday.
I need it help with my lines and the lady had a horrible attitude "trying to act smart" and then I asked if someone else could help me and then the other two guys were "debating" on who was going to help me.
I wasn't begging for anything, I am a verizon customer.
Now I get it why there was no customers and the store was empty...
I will contact Coorporate to let them know they are kicking out customers with their attitude....

Go to a corporate location. This store was so quick to tell me to call customer service for something she could have (and eveventually did) tell me. Trash service, this store is only for sales. If you're not buying you're scum to them

Came in because our bill just seemed way too high, fully ready to drop verizon. The associate, she went over all the charges in detail. We were able to switch to a cheaper plan and eliminate services we didn’t even know we had like the cloud storage, lines for apple watches, and other things that the promo prices expired on and adding the military discount.
Very pleasant experience and reduced the bill by just over $100mo. Which exceeded our expectations.

First time visiting this store. It was so nice. The store is clean and Zach was awesome! He was able to assist me with resetting my voicemail pin with ease and even got me Netflix AND Max for only $10! What a steal! Not only was Zach friendly and efficient, but there was no line. I was helped right away. This is my new home store. Thank you for the help!
