Richard has been awesome and he listens very carefully and picks up to what I do not ask which proves that Richard is very wise since frankly I am not knowledgeable enough to mention certain helpful information. Richard is always very patient and very helpful on options that I may add and with his assistance, I have purchased some of those options as well. I trust Richard from the beginning to the future as well. Richard is definitely an asset to Verizon.

Our rep Zack was extremely helpful, not only with purchasing a new phone, but also reworking our plan to get us more stuff like coverage for all our devices and more data for a lot less than we were paying on our monthly payments! I can’t recommend highly enough going in to visit with Zack or I imagine the other reps there versus trying to get a new phone or rework your service plans on your own on the website or app. Zack explained everything so well and there isn’t a world where I would’ve been able to do it myself online anywhere near as well as he did.

I went in to get a new phone / upgrade, and also to deal with a fraud incident that I’ve been battling on my account for months. Zach took the time to advocate for me with customer support on the phone for hours until the issue was resolved, then helped me quickly through the process of trading in and upgrading my phone. A few days later, Zach called for a follow up to check in, and we realized they hadn’t successfully resolved the fraud issue. He remained on the phone with me for another hour and a half, working with the representative until they were finally able to fix the problem. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy, and I couldn’t thank him enough. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m just so grateful for his help through this frustrating process.

The BEST Verizon store I have ever been to. Representative James Cattin helped us and got the best deals possible. He is very thorough and explains everything before he does it. He deserves a raise! Thank you for making this experience extremely easy!

I have been having lots of issues with my phone. I have been to 4 Verizon stores to fixed the issue and this one didn’t give up until the issue was fixed. Benjamin and Pad omg I can’t thank them enough for helping me today. Ask for Benjamin if you ever go to this store because you will get more than 100% customers service. Thank you again both. I will recommend anyone if you are looking for great customer service go to this one. It’s worth the drive. I am glad I did and I live in North Las Vegas.
