My SA German is the best ! I’ve been buying pieces from him for the last couple of years and it’s been nothing short of amazing & smooth ! He’s responsive , attentive and really cares about his clients . I haven’t had any issues with my pieces being ordered and mailed to me . I’ve tried another SA at another boutique and I would never again . Thank you German !!

Never disappoints. Got 3 pieces of creation from same SA because he is efficient. I don't like my time wasted as much as I don't want to waste his time. Highly recommend this boutique because they might have pieces that other locations don't have. You can walk-in which is a bonus.

Because they mistreat their employees and let a woman, who I imagine is also their employee, be so rude and inopportune. Interrupt something that will last 3 minutes in this way.You have to have judgment to solve things and not look bitter.

Stoped by for the first time at this location and was assisted by Gentleman name German and it was a seamless shopping experience, I ordered vintage Vintage Alhambra bracelet with rose gold and Carnelian. German was knowledgeable and kind, I will definitely we purchasing more from him at this location.

An incredibly disappointing experience from Van Cleef & Arpels and I won't be purchasing with them again.I tried for over a year to find the Alhambra earnings for my wife. Finally the main number told me that the Las Vegas store had them in August. I purchased and they came ontime.On opening at Christmas, my wife discovered that these would never work in her ears as they have an odd clasp thing in the back rather than a simple post. I called the main number in January and was told that I just needed to let the store know that I was referred by the online site and they wouldn't enforce the '30-day' policy.So I called and got the LV salesperson who sold them on the phone. Oshrat was exceptionally rude with me and was exactly the kind of person that a luxury brand should NOT have helping clients who expect good customer service in exchange for a higher price point. (I get she only wanted to defend her commission, but come on... Actually, at the time of purchase she was condescending too, but at least I thought I was getting what I wanted.)I tried again, but the store's assistant manager (who was at least pleasant) said no too.I can understand having a return policy for a limited time, but when the earnings were never even tried on, and when they have been out of stock for a year (and so would be resold instantly), a luxury brand should treat its good customers better than slobs at a dime store. It should also stand behind its jewelry if it knows it won't fit everybody.Bottom line, if you are ok with paying more, but getting treated as a sucker if something is off, Van Cleef will be an ok choice for you. But if you expect a luxury brand to treat you with the status you deserve and stand behind their jewelry, steer clear of Van Cleef.

I purchased my third van cleef item here. My husband and I stumbled in here and we were greeted and acknowledged. The associate let me try on the onyx vintage necklace. I have 2 sweet mini Alhambra pieces already and just drawn to the onyx color. I immediately decided i wanted it and the associates were very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to sweet Ingrid who told us the brief history and story behind the Alhambra pieces and their different meanings of each side of the clover. They were personable and down to earth. Often times you don't feel a very warm welcome and intimidated in places like these. Not this boutique we will definitely be back for another piece next year I'm sure. Thank you girls!

I had a great experience at this store on April 1, 2023. We were quickly matched with a sales associate, who helped us purchases two 5-motif bracelets. He provided great insights on how to care for our new pieces and was very polite.

I haven’t shopped her personally, solely because the male clerks that are stationed at the entrance of the store make suggestive and demeaning comments towards women who walk by. So appalling.

I felt super disappointed about VCA products and their customer service!My golden earrings turned red after using for about a month, so I contacted the customer service about this issue. They told me I could go any VCA boutique to solve the problem, then I went to the San Francisco one( I purchased it from Las Vegas Wynn). The San Francisco boutique was unfriendly, they let me wait for almost 4 hours until I could get in. After they heard my issue, they said they could just can help me to send it back to repair, but it’s better to contact where and whom I purchased it from, they might offer me more option to solve this issue since the earrings was still very new.Then I contacted the salesman in Las Vegas Wynn boutique where I purchased from, and she asked me to send back the earrings to them to review and give me a diagnosis. Unfortunately, after I sent it back, no more updates. She never contact me and told me what’s the problem with the earrings, or what they would do with my earrings. After three weeks, and after my three text message, I only got a reply “your earrings is back, will you be home @friday am?” No one tell me what’s wrong with my earrings and why the 18K gold would turned red with such high price! And I don’t know what they have done with my earrings!Today when I was back home, I saw a fedex missing note, I felt very angry. They even didn’t tell me what they finally done for my earrings and the tracking of the package that they sent back!I even email the customer service two days ago, but the same, no one answer!I also purchase a lot of luxury products from other brands such as LV, Cartier , but I’ve never got this kind of problem and been treated like this.In a word, I felt very disappointed about your product and customer service.

Well. Let me start off by saying. You will absolutely not find better service anywhere. Sandra was great, the other team members were super on point. We were fortunate enough to find a piece we had been looking for, and were so very try pleased to make our purchase here. We will be back to look for more very soon. Can't say enough good things about the staff/team at this location.
