We were walking by on a whim and made an appointment with the SA who was opening the door. Asma was such a delight to work with. She brought out various bracelets in different price points and educated us on the different stones specifically on the maintenance and care which was what I truly cared about. It was my first time at VCA and she made us feel so welcomed and we were laughing and having a great time like good friends. We are based in the East Coast and recently welcomed a new bundle of joy but cannot resume our frequent trips to Vegas again! I would highly recommend working Asma as your SA!

I only ever buy pieces from the Van Cleef at Bellagio. Asma there is the best. She is always kind and helpful. I always have a great time when I visit the store because of her.

Even though I live in San Francisco, I’d fly into Vegas to patron the Bellagio VCA for any of my VCA needs. The customer service here has never failed me & Judee has been the best sales associate ever! She has never been pushing during a sale & will always give me her 100% honest opinion - on things that look great on me, and not so great! Plus she has a great eye, I always buy pieces from her without seeing them in person because I trust her that much!

I always visit this location when in Vegas due to the welcoming nature of the staff, especially Judee. She has helped me choose 2 beautiful pieces on two separate occasions and I look forward to making many more purchases in the future from this specific boutique when I visit next. I recently contacted her about some paperwork for my jewelry valuation and she helped me so swiftly, I received the documents the next day (to NY). The process was so seamless and pleasant, unlike some other jewelry boutiques. Thank you Judee, you are amazing and you have made my Van Cleef experience very enjoyable!!

I wanted to thank Aaron Jarrell, for his expertise, kindness, patience and follow through during our purchasing of two pieces; and all in time for Xmas. I found his knowledge not only of the fine jewelry to be superb, but also his kind manner to be such a blessing. Over the last 10 years my go to store has been another VC boutique, but from now I will always shop here with Mr Jarrell. Also a big thanks to the kind manager who also assisted to answer a question or two when Arron was occupied. The pieces are stunning and will be enjoyed for generations.
