Excellent service Stella was Amazing. Compared to when my wife and I entered Versace and Gucci. Those stores treated us by the way we were dressed. We went comfortable because we were walking the stripe. Versace and Gucci treated us poorly. We loved the way Valiant Paris treated us with open ears and attentive to our needs. LOVED the No Judgment attitude. Bravo ?

I'm a "plus size" and when they said "we even have your size" made me feel insulted but I know they didn't mean it that way. They just started grabbing random things to show me to try on. They had me trying on a dress so fast I didn't get the chance to see it was a $400 dress. But they make you feel so good about how you look I ended up buying the dress even though I'd normally not go over a $200 dress. But the beading breaks off pretty easy. If it gets caught, you lose lots of beads.

bad. unethical. deceptive. fraudulent. do not do business here!they have no refund policy they do not disclose before selling to you and will not take any returns for refunds afterwards. fraudulent, deceptive, used-car sales techniques are used to get you to buy their stuff. do not fall for it!

Absolutely horrible service, bad attitudes. Employees all talking laughing having fun instead of asking people if they need assistance. I walked in the store the girl working looked me up and down then walked away, didn't welcome me or ask if I need anything, wasn't dressed bad just basic jeans new balance sneakers and a light jacket.

I went to look for a dress for that evening I wanted something sexy and different. Alfredo was very helpful and friendly he helped me find exactly what i was looking for. He showed me 3 dresses that I fell in LOVE with i almost bought all three but i didnt only because I didnt have an occasion for them. He even gave me a free shot and it turned out to be a really fun shopping experience. And the dress I ended up taking I am obsessed with. I for sure will be stopping by again to say hi to him and hopefully he can show me more dresses to fall in love with next time. As a business owner myself I would like to know good and bad things my employees do while I am not there and that is why i wanted to share how a great employee can really affect your customers experience. It was honestly the highlight of my trip .

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. This was the absolute WORST customer service I've ever received. I purchased a dress from this store in hopes to wear for my birthday night out. I had buyers remorse immediately and planned on returning only to find they don't accept returns. That was fine, as store credit was an option and I was willing to exchange or receive the store credit. The Sales person was EXTREMELY rude when I explained my desire to exchange or receive store credit. I had not taken the dress out of the bag once since leaving the store with it. She looked it over, took it into the back and said "THEY said no, because it smells like perfume" she wouldn't let me speak to whoever "THEY" were lol like they have a consulting team in the back. I left with the dress and a terrible experience....WORST PLACE TO SHOP. Just DONT! I wish nothing good for that sales person!!! P.s I have no regrets calling her a nasty name as I left the store.

My wife bought a shirt for me there. I tried it on at home and it had a weird cut; something I just didn't like. So I attempted to get a refund, but they don't allow any refunds, just store credit or exchange. Don't buy from this business, this is not a friendly attitude. Besides, there are many stores in LV that will refund on a purchase. They lost our business and we hope they lose yours.

Very intrusive service. There is no mirror in the fitting room. The sellers insistently force you to buy everything you try on.

Excellent Customer services and amazing Jackets. Was spell bound by the knowledge and the level of detail Anthony went in explaining the intricacies of each of the items. Look forward to visit the store again in my next Vegas trip

Worst place ever. They sell worn clothes. We bought eveing dress, got home and saw stain on it. Tried to return it but she said no returns. Please think twice before shopping there.
