My hubby and I have perused Valentino in Rome, Italy and several other locations. Of all the advisors who we have encountered, Sky at this location was the most pleasant. He took the time to explain each of the features in the different style purses that I was interested in. Personable and informative. He did not judge that we were dressed casually like we have experienced in other stores. If you are in the market for Valentino, I would recommend seeing Sky at this location.

Had an issue that required a manager, but none were on duty. The salesperson tried two managers two times each. Then I come to find "MANAGERS DON'T WORK WEEKENDS at this store."I may not work in luxury retail stores, but I own a chain of retail stores. Not having a manager on duty is unthinkabe! And I didn't have time to go to another store before going home. Infuriating. Sounds like the managers at each individual store don't answer to anyone, otherwise that person isn't doing their job.I wish I'd gone to another store rather than waiting for a payment link from a manager for 48 hours and while the salesperson kept in touch, they couldn't get a manager on the phone for 2 days?!All of your managers need to be working nearly every weekend. Period.

Went in to Valentino at Crystal's for a repair on a wallet I purchased maybe 2 years ago. Sales associate didn't seem to think my repair was worth her time. Little did she know I was going to purchase a new wallet to replace the one I was going to ship off for repair. Maybe I should have started there or maybe she could have just given me better customer service and made a sale to boot.

I was admiring two pairs of sandals online and was excited see them at the boutique. My friend and I were made to wait outside while one couple shopped the store. Once the couple left, the security guard allowed us to enter, closed the door behind us and then stood in front of it. Great selection of shoes. About 90% of those displayed were only one shoe. The personal shopper immediately approached us and I told her that we wanted to browse. Unfortunately we were followed around each display table and throughout the shoe room. The clerk had a complete lack of respect for personal space and ruined the entire experience. I outlined several safeguards in place to deter shoplifting so this tactic was unnecessary. I am well aware of the price and could've saved almost a hundred dollars by ordering online since I live in a state that doesn't tax these items. This was an impulse Vegas buying experience that I thought would make a fun memory but the inconsiderate interaction forced a hasty exit.

Came here on Saturday to do a little shopping and we were blown away by the wonderful service Valentino provided. Our SA was Chisato, she was so friendly, very patient, and so knowledgeable! Anytime I am interested in a Valentino piece I will without a doubt go to her! Thank you so much, Chisato! We greatly appreciate you!

Super friendly service! They didn't hover but were there when we needed them. They are very up front about the return policy (exchanges only, no refunds) so I'm not sure why other reviewers are complaining.

This location is a comparatively small boutique but does carry a range of items, including shoes, bags, sunglasses, clothing and more. I purchased a lovely pair of black and poudre rockstud sunglasses at this location during a recent trip (Feb 2019). My sales associate, Bayin, was a delight - as was her coworker. She was sincere, friendly, patient and helpful.. and his charming, witty banter and engaging personality made our time there great fun. Very glad I stopped in...

I went to Las Vegas last Sunday and bought a medium size rockstud suede bag in hot pink (7 days ago). I wore it once yesterday with my True Religion jeans (regular, not dark) and my bag turned blue. I am very surprised that such a high end product is so easily stained. I was never told that the bag should not be worn with jeans, and staining so much after wearing it once is very disappointing. Please see attached photos of the bag. I would like to have an exchange for a same bag. I feel that I should have been notified of how to use the bag properly. My parents have been a long term costumers of Valentino and they are also very shocked this happened. Please contact me as soon as you can. Thank you as always.

Sales Rep who works here (Asian lady with heavy bangs) very irresponsible and uninformative. Bought a $3000 bag and regret it. Very disappointed.
