I was referred to Verona through a colleague in 2018. I met Verona on two occasions so I could have my taxes prepared by her. She is very nice and appears knowledgeable. My issue was that I sent her my documents via email to be prepared in Winter 2019 and I never received an acknowledgment. I called two times to confirm that she received my documents. On the second attempt, the secretary confirmed. However, Verona never completed my paperwork and I never heard back from the company. I was extremely disappointed because I did like her, but I already followed up and felt that I shouldn't have to beg a company to complete my taxes. I went to Campbell, Cohen, Jones instead and I have no issues.

Verona the CPA is awesome and a wealth of knowledge. She takes the time to answer all your questions and then explain quite well. She does everything she can (legally) to get you a refund or lower your tax payment. We've been on both sides. She is our account for life. Also, she does my son's business taxes and he is very happy with her. The receptionist is very nice too.
