This place doesn’t have all US post office services.?. They are yrs behind where they r supposed to be. USPS gives QR code they don’t know what to do and can’t use it. ??

I don't appreciate two staff members mocking me for writing "Expedite" on my large envelope I sent for my Passport Renewal. The "Expedite" on the envelope has nothing to do with mailing the envelope, it is requested per the passport renewal instructions that if you are paying for expedited processing that you write that on the envelope.
Employees should mind their own business.
Will no longer be going to this location.

This location never has priority boxes, they do not ship international, nor have QR code scanners so the store itself, NOT THE EMPLOYEES, is mediocre at best.

The absolute worst location in the whole valley. They literally make up their own hours and serve people whenever they want to serve people.They use the excuse that their label printer isn’t working so they can only help people that have pre-paid labels. I’ve always had issues with this location. I will be reporting them to the USPS because at this point they just need to close if they can’t help people.

The line was long. Only two persons worked at the window but they were efficient and friendly. Postal charges had gone up, yet still USPS is the cheapest way to send out packages.

Girlfriend and her uncle (Retired Veteran) was forced to pay for a P.O Box due to the postman having a bad day and was upset that her uncle did just jump when his Small dog was barking and walked up on him .. The dog didn't do anything.. what pissed him off was that the uncle didn't do anything... Sorry buddy I'm a UPS drive I deal with the same but we don't cancel people out and force them to pick up they're mail everyday.. you could've worked out something else instead of being a baby about it

No lines, fast service and super nice people behind the counter. I like the fact that it’s inside a gas station and convenience store.

Worst service ever. There's 3 people at the counter but only one is helping while a line is forming all the way to the door. They move like sloths.

Location. Location. Location. So convenient! The people behind the register quickly offered to help. Busy, but service is prompt and quick. Very helpful too!

They have no tape to place the label in the package. If you need it you have to paid for . $4.50 and they told me one price and they charge me the doble for postage service it sad how they manipulate the prices at their way.
