They’re not open sometimes during their open hours. The drop box is often full so there’s no way to drop anything off. Very unprofessional.

I cannot drop packages here anymore. I am an ebay seller and continually have complaints because of the shipping delays. I check tracking, and this place continually takes 2-3 days to even scan the package and get the ball rolling. I can no longer use this place. 3 days just to scan the package is completely unacceptable.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review! It’s unfortunate that you can’t trust this Postal Office to do their job correctly. They are lazy and dismissive. I had a package ordered and was supposed to be delivered through USPS and the carrier marked that it was delivered even though it wasn’t. He probably stole my package and I am highly upset because they stated there was nothing that could be done since I had no insurance on the package. You mean to tell me that a carrier service can loose or lie about delivering your packages and you can’t file to get your money back? So it’s your fault and I have to financially suffer. You have 1 job and I can’t even trust you to do that. I am very upset with the dismissive terrible customer service. I guess now I will need to start getting insurance for my stuff if it’s going to be delivered through this place. Bewareee!!

LOL, I feel like a loser leaving a post office review, but you should know the after-hours mailboxes ARE NOW LOCKED AFTER CLOSE. DO NOT depend on this post office to offer the basic luxury of a mailbox. Many people don’t have the time to spend on this failure, so please conserve your energy and find a new place to mail out packages. :-)

Person working here quite rude when I tried to purchase a money order. My debit card will not work on cash advance and it was rung up that way instead of standard debit transaction. I've used this card at other post office locations for money order purchase no problem.

My sons mailed some items they sold online and were told by the employee to drop them in the silver self serve area. They printed the labels and did what they were told. The people never received the packages and the post office says the items never made it to a post office. The post office says it’s likely that the employee stole the packages! There were 5 and they were rare legos. So frustrating.

Careful with this location. Make sure to ask for tracking number ALWAYS if you send documents. My package never arrived at the destination after I paid $15 postage for it to the female worker, and she took it. They can't trace it with the receipt. Why would a package not being delivered after they take possession of it, unless it was stolen or INTENTIONALLY discarded? Very unethical. Karma won't forget to return the favor. I'll NEVER use that location again.

A lot of the staff has a bad attitude. When the drop box or automatic doors stop working, it takes weeks for it to get fixed. And PO boxes are not accessible 24 hours because they're unable to prevent the homeless from loitering/sleeping inside after business hours.
