WORST USPS IN VEGAS. The mail carriers seem unwilling to put in even a minimal effort. They refuse to wait more than a minute at the door, and when I attempt to communicate with them through my Ring camera to let them know I’m on my way to the door, they blatantly ignore me and leave a note to pick up my package at the post office.
Whenever I visit the post office to retrieve my package, the staff are equally unhelpful and rude. They display a clear lack of care and professionalism in their jobs. This level of service is UNACCEPTABLE, and it’s frustrating to deal with such unmotivated and discourteous employees. I hope improvements are made soon, as this has been a consistently negative experience.

Terrible. All rude and miserable workers. Unable to get mail that I was called about saying all mail is being held at post office. Have to keep filing reports to see what's happening.

This post office is a soul sucking vortex where customer service is completely non-existent. Additionally, if you try to make an off the cuff joke, in hopes to pierce the iron wall of banality, you’ll be met with deadpan stares. It’s what I’d imagine a zombie to be like. So I guess I’ll thank you for preparing me for the impending zombie apocalypse.

Brian Ivory should be the employee of the year! He went out of his way to help us with our mailbox issue. We truly felt listened and supported! Thank again Brian, we wish there was more people like you working in every USPS office!! ??

The worst postal service ever! They never know what's going on their drivers always scan your packages and never deliver them until the next business day. I hear this is where they coined the term "going postal". I can only imagine the frustration. I don't know who runs this post office but you've got to be an idiot. No worker knows anything. The last time I picked up a package at this place it was a horrible experience and I'm thinking wow 6 months later it has have gotten better even worse. The drivers don't deliver the day of or on time it's always scheduled for the next delivery date and the people in the post office can never find your packages always on the truck with a driver. I wasn't aware that the postal service was getting paid to play keep away with my mail. I hate that I live over here because my mail goes to you guys first.

Mail carrier Tamara appears to have taken a $200 gift card from our mail. Her Supervisor, Latona was no help. Its sad when public employees can't do honest work and need to take from others. Don't send anything valuable thru the US Post Office.

I would like to personally thank this location for losing my $300 Security Deposit. I will never be using the post office for anymore of my business.

The moment I walked through the door they yelled in my fat face. When I left and was walking to my car, an employee came out and threw their baby at me. Who does that? Why throw baby at me? Is that a new post office procedure or something? I don't like it. As you can plainly see, the baby that was being thrown didn't like it one bit either. Luckily I managed to dodge the thrown kid and it skidded on the pavement.

They should just close these places down. Privatize these USPS. Grumpiest people to ever deal with, won’t care if you have to line up again for tape.

Always a super long line. Seems like the employees are in no rush. I tried self service, which was a waste of time. The scanner didn’t work, nor did the scale. I had to get back in line, which now had an additional 20 people in it. I’m going to drive to further locations instead, they seem to be more efficient.
I told the man at the counter about the problem with the self service machine. He did not care, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Didn’t even acknowledge what I had told him, so I repeated myself. He still said absolutely nothing.
I walked in at 3:57pm , I only had to ship 2 packages, one with a QR code already. I finally left the place at 5:00pm. Absolutely wild.

Never answer their phone. Lose packages on a rather frequent basis. Make claims of "attempted delivery" when no such attempts were actually made. Counter staff is very hit-and-miss. Some days they are friendly and can be very helpful, other days they are rude and offer little assistance.

I have had a PO Box here for several years. My issue is not with the counter staff, I find them to be pretty helpful. My issue is with whoever signs for delivered packages. Three of my packages just this month were misplaced or flat-out lost. I'm left placing claims with FedEx and UPS who say they were delivered. This means the Post Office has lost them and now I can't get them replaced. There's a poster on the wall that says the Post Office delivers 'peace of mind' on every piece of mail delivered for PO Box holders. I think not.

Horrible experience. Our home is brand new and mail person not assigned to neighborhood yet. We have to go in person. Today, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, was told we were in wrong line and had to start over again. Not easy at 75 years old. Female employee was rude. Last week it didn't matter what line we were in. Nor should it ever. No line indicates anything. Shame on You, USPS!Further, after spending 30 minutes in correct line, was told we didn't have any mail!!! We knew this wasn't true. Dashboard shows our daily mail. Was told l would get phone call.UPDATE: Went back following day. Unbelievable amount of mail was given to us. Never got the phone call.

I had issues grabbing my mail when previous times were most simple. The asian gentleman made it hard to get my mail with all his questions when he had attended me before. They need to work on their customer service from what i can see.
