stole my package. said it couldn’t be delivered and then never scanned it to return to sender. literally stole our package. as you can see from the many other reviews this is common here. will be opening a police report and gathering others to do the same. this is not right. i have a voicemail from the manager i’ll be submitting as evidence. stating that they couldn’t deliver my package, but that the driver never scanned it to return it. when asked the have no clue what happened to it….classic fell off the truck story.

If there’s a manager at this place, I hope you’re aware of how rude your staff is. I had the most bizarre experience today—it was my turn and I walked over to the staff worker so she can help me, she decided to close up and go to lunch in the middle of assisting me! There was no argument or fight, it was so random!! I’ve never encountered anything like it. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Maybe the staff that you hire should be aware that they have to finish helping a person and then take lunch. Common sense and common courtesy.

Upped this to a 3 star review. My initial frustration still stands, but he was able to get me in without mutch further trouble.
The guy running the passport office shipped over me to take someone from the main line, even though I'd been waiting AT THE PASSPORT OFFICE for longer than anyone in that line. He then decided to go on break and had appointments lined up out the door. In other words, he slipped me to help the person that was next in line and could have been easily helped at the main service counter. This is the living embodiment of why people hate government agencies.

I came here to ship a package. I had prepaid label but couldn’t print it because my printer was not working that day. I waited in line to get printed label. While I was waiting, one employee signaled he could help me. I was happy to be serviced quickly. After I said what I needed to do, he said “is that all, not get any stamps” in a sarcastic and unhappy way which made me feel I was not respected. I thought that he was not happy that he had to handle such simple tasks.
But today I just found out that I can use the machine to print prepaid labels. I don’t have to wait in line to print prepaid label, I don’t have to bother anyone. I am very happy that USPS provides such a convenient method.
Now I guess the employee was not happy because I should have used the machine instead of wasting his time. What he should have done is educating customers because not everyone knows all these new things (at least for me). It could have been a good opportunity to impress customers with the amazing service USPS provides, he turned a potential very positive experience into a very negative one.

Worst post office Location in Vegas, 1611 Spring Gate Lane, has got to be the worst location for a post office in Vegas, town Center Dr. off-ramp. You have to compete with a tiny little “one way in “one way out road which jams up the front door of the post office. Then compete when leaving with the cars that live in the area going to work. Lines out the door with just a couple of employees. Don’t even think about parking in disabled parking. You’ll never be able to back out, it’s like a traffic jam at the DMV.

“Passport walk ins 9a-12p” are actually no different than the videos you see online of people waiting outside Target for a Stanley cup.
Upon arrival, I’m told they only have 12 slots, which it doesn’t mention anywhere online or on their banner outside, and they’re filled upon opening by people who’ve been waiting way before they open.
If you’re aiming for a “passport walk in” get there around 6/7am to make it to the “slot list”. Otherwise, you’re turned away after a long drive.

Since posting this we have received no mail and no packages regardless of USPS confirming deliveries. Pictures no longer taken. Addresses removed and photos of deliveries avoided. It is clear the employees have begun stealing packages and mail. I wonder who stole the box to begin with? Time for Vegas authorities to investigate what’s obvious.
Multiple failed deliveries, random packages arriving at random houses with no connection. Mail box stolen. No notification from USPS of any kind. No more mail delivery as a result. This is a failed corporation that needs immediate closure.

So, I was a walk in for my appointment this past Saturday and was there about 45 minutes before they opened and there was already a long line. The walk in appointments for passports filled up quickly but Mark Anthony decided to take 5 more which I was a part of along with a couple that was getting married in a few months in Costa Rica and we were very thankful. He was very quick and kind to everyone and his services were very appreciated. I was given a receipt where I could leave a review but unfortunately, I lost it, but luckily there is the internet. Thank you for being you, Mark! :)

I need to drop packages twice a week minimum and the drop bin is always jammed shut. Also if you drop at the counter they try to reweigh and question the shipping you purchased via ebay or pirate ship etc. Always want to show their power and get a few extra cents . Let’s face it if you work at the USPS you probably flunked Toll Bridge School and or Kristy kreme donut glazing 101.

I mailed a package, certified with signature required, on 5/3/24 @ 12:04 pm to Fairfield California. As of 5/10, according to USPS tracking the item is still in Las Vegas with no additional updates. In the past when I send items from this location to Fairfield via regular mail takes about 2-3 business days. I am not satisfied that I paid more for certified mail and item still not delivered.

I have had a post office box here for a few years. The first year I received important time sensitive mail for other people that I turned in immediately. The staff would put the items back in my box. Twice 2 important businesses alerted me that my mail + medication was returned with package and envelopes marked, box vacant. The post office takes no responsibility for their failures. I'm now receiving my mail at another location not affiliated with the post office. Do you think a refund or an apology has been provided? No, neither. These people suck and don't care about their jobs or customers receiving their mail.
