Self-service was a wreck. No packaging is available, and a pile of boxes scattered next to the kiosk. The staff is very helpful and the long line moved pretty quickly.

This post office is the definition of LAZY
The workers there have absolutely no Nspring in their step at all. I waited 45 minutes in line to pick up a letter that they lost 2 months ago and then when I finally get there and get my package they said ok now you have to go wait in that other line to pay the 3 dollars....

This is the second package I sent out and it’s lost in transit for months. Called the main office and filed a claims but my items are lost. It’s like the employees open your stuff and keep what they want while the tracking shows in transit for weeks going to a month now smh

I order live insects for my bearded dragon that are delivered to my door. Well the post office for the past three days says the package is out for delivery. Now it's the weekend. The bugs are suffering dying, and growing inside that box. I have to take off work Monday to drive to that hell hole to try and retrieve a gruesome outcome.

Like all the other reviews say, the most understaffed and most busy post office I've ever been to. Doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week, always 40+ people in the lines with 2 workers. Takes 45 mins to 2 hours of waiting in line to be seen. Hoping this is the last time I ever have to stop here, I dread doing this and would rather do ANYTHING else.

12 people in line and only one clerk working the counter. What a waste of taxpayer dollars. 15 people in the pick-up only line. Absolutely ridiculous ! !

I do not understand why this particular location has such a long wait all the time if they know this and see this why isn’t there more people working the front counter. 45 minutes wait to return 1 item. Took me 3 minutes. Insane.

I live right by this location and shipped an item from their outside drop box on April 27th and still in pre-shipment awaiting item. Have lost trust and will avoid next time as someone else has posted.

This is the epitome of wasted tax dollars. They have one person helping people at a time with 20+ people waiting in line. Takes 45 minutes to send a certified letter. There’s not a single working pen to be found and half the mailings to fill out are missing. This has to be the most mismanaged USPS I have ever seen. It’s clear they do not care about anything here. They need to clean house and start over with staff.
