I am almost 7 months pregnant. Made it inside before the 1pm lunch break. Filled out my envelope and was just about to hand it over and she said you have to get out. I have to go to lunch. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Starndard USPS stop but more convenient in a grocery store. From the reviews, it sounds like people want to pay more for stamps/labels and get 5 star typical corporate US customer service. I find that the people that come here are pretty rude and trashy, so I am sure they got the same respect in return from the people working here.

December 2nd 2023. Store should be open from 9:30 am but I couldn’t send my parcel and left at 9:45 because it wasn’t still open. Just spent 15 min of my life for nothing. Looks like no one is managing this store, only negative reviews.

Supposed to open at 930 on Saturday mornings. Line of 6 people sitting outside waiting for someone to show up and it’s 9:50.

The lady working behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful not just to us, but to every customer in line. Several people had a couple packages to send and she rolled her eyes and had attitude with every customer. She was an elderly black woman with glasses. If you see her, just ship your packages elsewhere. After we asked her a simple question she started talking to us slowly and loudly as if we were children or she thought we were stupid. We walked out without sending our package.
