Thank you DARNELL for changing my experience with usps
I have lived in the US for 8 years and I always had bad customer service at USPS all this time but this guy changed everything. Honestly, I was there for about 15 minutes while I filled out my forms and I observed how the employee DARNELL treated the other customers and it really is the sweetest, kindest and quickest person you can ever meet!

This location is extremely small and it is ment for customers that know what they are doing customers that are prepared and most of the time have their mail already packed with the labels already on or ready to be put on this location is a blessing if you fall under this category due to the high amount of people at all the other post offices this location can be amazing if you use it right. They have been nice and helpful to me I feel like it just gets overwhelming easily it only takes 1 unprepared person to back the line up out into the Albertsons and their is only 1 worker so it's easy for them to get frustrated anyways like I said great location if you come prepared

I do not work for USPS, nor have friends or relatives in the business; but, I have my 2 cents: Those who complain, have had ONE bad experience, and everyone pays for that one person … just let the worker enjoy their time off. Just like we complain about the USPS worker, I am pretty sure their shift is not pleasant, happy and enjoyable, because SOMEONE walked in there just before you, dragging their blanket for some odd reason, and made their life as miserable! IT’S A DOMINO EFFECT! ?
Please, just think about that, before you put them down! ?
PS: They have always been pleasant to me, and if I have to wait 30/60 mins; then, so be it! That little office is a COMMODITY, and I am glad we have it! ☺️

Service is terrible. Very disrespectful.
Only 1 person working at a time. Most of the people are rude. They take 1.5 hour lunch breaks and closed at that time. No wonder postal rates are constantly going up. Who gets 1.5 for lunch breaks?? And closed at that time. The post office is paid by us , and work for us, regulated by congress. Except the postmaster does not have to answer to congress!!! Unions don't get 1.5 hours for lunch,only 1/2 hour. And businesses stay open during lunch. They don't lock out customers for 1.5-2hrs at a time. I've been here when the hours say they are open and the place is closed, there's no reliability at this of f place.
This needs to change and start treating the Americans who pay them with respect. If you call any post office all you get is an automated voice system. The Postal service is just plain disrespectful .

Always a long line in the afternoon the best time to get in and out quickly is when they open

I went to my local post office, and it was packed, so I went here to this little hidden gem , inside Albertsons, and there were only three people in line. This is a substation, so thank goodness only a few people come here, but they do all the services of a regular post office. Service was excellent with a very friendly worker, well worth the drive to come here.

Tha poor guy older gentleman about 55/60 soooo miserable always talking about how he hates working g for post office …never ever have I went in and he isn’t complaining about how he is treated by usps and how understaffed they are. And how he saves all his vacation time to use at end of year when he is needed the most. Super sad for him but if that miserable find a different job dude…. Negative Nancy at its finest!!!??
