If things you order from Ebay or any other on-line sources pass through this post office it will be hit and miss if you ever get your item. An item I ordered ended up being delivered in 89131 postal area next to our 89130 area. Then just recently another package on UPS transfer through this post office was lost and ended up being sent back to sender saying the package was not deliverable after they claimed to have left pickup instructions. The incompetence of workers here is at another level of stupid. Reading other reviews about this location, things tend to disappear, total incompetence or its a den of thieves!

Absolute useless post office. They welded up the small package drops. Using the big parcel drop can result in your small packages being destroyed. Your choice is to leave your small packages in the big bins and have boxes tossed on top of them or stand in line. Have they not got the sense to offer a small bin for small pakages. Apart from that, the number of packages that have 'gone missing' at this location beggars belief!

The package I was suppose to receive (which never made it) on July 13 was not delivered. It was on a Saturday, it’s fine they couldn’t make it but the next business day which was July 15 was when it was suppose to arrive. I waited and waited for it and checked the status it just said the same thing. I went down to the office and asked about it, apparently they lost it even though it was out for delivery already. How does that even happen!? Now I’m out my package and my money because filling a claim said the package number was non existent. Thanks usps for messing up a simple job.

The ladies behind the counter were very helpful making sure all my information was correct for my passport renewal before I sent it off. Great attitudes from everyone, long lines but they move pretty quick

Absolutely horrible service. On July 1st they did not open there doors till 8:45 and they had no one at the counters. Anthony who I believe is in charge of this specific location is not helpful, rude and does not help any of the customers. I did leave after being told by another employee that the system was down for another 15 minutes. If Anthony had explained anything, I would have been more gracious in waiting. He has shown several times that he should not be in management.

This office is horrible!!!
If I could rate a negative, they would take the cake!!!
Hours clearly state, OPEN UNTIL 5:00 pm.
I GUESS THEIR CLOCK RUNS 10 MINUTES FAST!!! Attempting to conduct business at 4:50…DOORS LOCKED!!!
For the past 3….THREE, Hold Mail requests, never delivered mail as requested, and as instructed on their own card.
Always rude and unapologetic!!!
I don’t trust them with my important and confidential matters!!! USE ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF SENDING OR RECEIVING MAIL!!!

whoever delivers amazon packages to avanti apartments needs to be FIRED!!! everytime i order something and it gets shipped through you guys my package is never delivered. It’s always a problem with the package even if it’s small. If you don’t feel like doing your job then find a new one.
