I have Ben working USMAil 15 year 48 state this place really bad…I have 6 stops and here they only have 4 pellets… he say cum your appointment ? what—and all the workers sitting out side ….. ok let me go —then he say if you gev me $20 I can unload-?what…I well wait my appointment…they nid to change night shift supervisor

Schedule a 6:15 passport appointment, told to arrive @ 6. Arrived at 5:30! Wait times are horrific. For a 15 minute appointment. It is now 7:30 and still have not been seen! The staff is unenthusiastic and more concerned with breaks, very rude when trying to understand wait times!

Had a package that arrived I had confirmation yet African-American lady heavy set refused to help me she said her name is cherished. She refused to even look on the computer for my package, horrible service, they should hire people whom aren't upset and try to blame the world and do their job instead and when I talk to her she seem very upset for any question I asked. And I just ask to pick up my package

On 31st of May at 2pm I walked in to this location to get a new passport for my daughter. I was told by a clark that I should come tomorrow at 8am . Next day exactlty I arrived at 7:30am. But when the business opened , I was told by a black clark quote "PLEASE BE SEATED ، please be seated you will be called next"!!« I was waiting for half and an hour and tried to verify with a black skinny young supervisor when she will call my name so that I take my daughter to the restroom. She rudely unprofessionay with hand gesture said" ""no, no im the supervisor not him , im the one who call the names. Your name im SURE wont be Called today !!."" When I talked to the clark why did he asked me im ok and on time at 8am ? He said "im sorry because she says no , I have to tell you No . He told me to come Next day . For the Third day I came and finally my daughter got passport with completely another nice manager . The rude supervisor on Monday June 4 th was off and I enjoyed a nice day with another nice clark . This is wasting money 24$ or 20$ an hour paid for government employees having zero tolerance for finding solution or custumer service. Each customer service only take 5 to 7 minutes no more. But they pretend they are making a rocket or and airplane. Why there is no body to correct their behaviours. I myself work on the strip and do a great customer service for atleast 3000 tourist a day for minimum wage . These rude crude , funky and frown faces behind computers maybe with no colledge education dont want to spend 7 minutes for just mailing and stamping passport forms ???????SHAME SHAME Again SHAME The black rude supervisor ( worked on Saturdays) think that if the fastest she speaks and turn her face right and left to ignore customers , the more professional she will looks . Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I’m standing in line as I write this review. I’ve been here nearly 50 mins and the line has moved 2 people. There’s 17 people behind me. The worker is taking an unnecessary amount of time with people. 10 mins counting with the current woman having trouble picking out what stamps she wants. The one before her had about 10-15 small packages and took over half an hour.

LOL. This one is the WORST I’ve seen so far… Three associates were working when they had long line of customers… All three been chatting and having a great conversations with the customers during the 15 minutes,and the line were getting longer and longer…. Finally fourth associate came and started to help… By the time I was able just to drop off prepaid package in order to receive a receipt,it’s been not less than 25 minutes,and the associate to the very left still was helping the same customers casually chitchatting and ignoring the need to work faster… Poor management per say,very poor management.

Absolutely terrible customer service, gentleman behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. On top of this, the store is extremely dirty and lacking basics like pens.
