They never answer the phone. Making my third in person trip down there tomorrow to try and find my package. So far I’ve gotten bum info from them.

Heavily damaged a very expensive package of my wife's after sitting on it for days and delivering it late.
Utter trash with zero accountability. How I've got a week + of trying to get this replaced.

Worst delivery mailing service ever I don’t know who does the hiring at these places, but they need to be fired themselves

Muna was an absolutely delightful. I’m giving the post office a 5 star review because of this fantastic ladies customer service! I lost my mailbox key and she was so helpful.
The USPS gets an OUCH $40 for the key. I then asked the cashier how many keys do I get for my $40 and at least I get 3 keys.
I am sure hoping that I just jinxed it into finding my key! I have 3 days to get a refund!

Worst post office in Las Vegas the mailboxes are full on a Sunday no one picks up the mail on the weekends. Nobody delivers the mail to any of the residential locations. Why are you taking taxpayer money, and not doing any job...
Sad. You all should be fired.
Zero Stars

Janet is a rude old witch she was only nice to other white people but when I went to her or other black people she was rude and very nonchalant asking "what do you want". Working in customer service is not for her

I came on a Tuesday around 1pm to pick up a package and was out in five mins. I guess it’s all about what time you go. Give these employees some grace

It was a very bad experience. I was pregnant, but I had to face the pressure that they had given me a very important package to disappear, and they had to bear the corresponding responsibility. I never asked the package to be put there, and the logistics information showed that the customer asked to put it there. I thought it was convenient for them to deliver goods quickly, but in reality, this kind of logistics information, but it was directly shown to me after two days. I went there twice and went to see them for the first time. They told me for a long time to let my husband go, but the next day my husband didn't go to work once, but he didn't mention my husband, so he took a trip in vain, and then irresponsibly told me, "your package was picked up by someone with the same address in ID." how is it possible that we bought our own house, only our family, and no one to get it? this is because we don't want to deal with it. All give me a phone number and let me report that the package has been stolen. I even suspect that the insiders have stolen it. Doesn't the express need to check the ID information? I will not give up on this matter. For such a large organization, this situation has happened again and again, and who will believe you in the future?

I mailed a package to Seattle on May 25.
As per usps tracker it shows it was not in transit as of June 1..when I went to inquire where my package is located the older female, Janet said she didn’t know with a look of bewilderment..I requested to speak with a manager, and the bubbly little female Janet said she was unavailable, of course in the past I’ve encountered her there and, yes, that gal seems rather snotty and like she doesn’t enjoy her position… this place is very horrible..I’m choosing to conduct mail service at a more professional operational level

Mccarthy is a liar said he didn't have my package when he was at my complex and said it was at the station, drove to the station and was told he had my package, then I waited for him to finish so that I can ask him for my package and his response was " even if I had your package I wouldn't give it to you cause I don't want to get written up" yet i had my ID to prove my identity for the package

On 5/29 I visited this station, which is rare because they already have trash customer service. On this day, it was trash like always and I decided to do an online complaint. A supervisor by the name of Simone retrieved my information, which is supposed to be confidential, and called me. Absolutely she was disrespectful calling me by my first name several times, I’m guessing to intimidate me. I hung up on her, but I called back to get her name. She got back on the phone, refusing to give me her name but again calling me by my first name aggressively. She then proceeded to let me know she was going to drag me amongst other things. Before she hung up, she blurted out more personal information that she should not have been privy to. ISPS is trying to cover for her. Meanwhile, I’m scared to update my forwarding address because I don’t put anything past this person. I intend to press charges because I have given more than enough time for them to reach out and handle this. The post master has yet to reach out despite my numerous attempts to contact them. This is not ok. I’m sure she has done this before.

Overpaid federal employees - My carrier doesn’t even try to do signed delivery, just leaves a notice in the mailbox and I have to pick up at location (which is also slow - but seems so unorganized so no fault of the reps)

Worst service in town and they are the dumbest postal service people. Never got my package, they gave me the wrong key P1 with package to a different address, I had to hand deliver it to the correct address. Now someone bras the P2 key with my package! Idiots!
