Came to renew my passport. Had an appointment at 7pm. Its currently 7:40pm and we are still waiting. Whats the point of asking to come 10 minutes early when you guys are an hour late? Horrible time management. The people before us had an appointment at 6:15pm and were called in at 7:10pm.

We were mailing some boxes back home, this one customer was complaining about getting some elses mail. While I understand how irritating that could be, its not that post office workers fault. This lady was yelling and cursing saying she's not a f***ing mailbox. The employees kept their cool and and ignored the irate person. Kudos to them for bringing a little levity to the situation

Just arrived ready to pick up my package but found out that the hours listed on here were wrong. Now I'm wasting my money, time and effort staying here until it's open Monday.

I came here as I bought too much stuff from my convention and needed to mail it to myself. This USPS is in Terminal 1 and there are signs leading you there, you cannot miss it. The staff there was really helpful and friendly. He figured the cheapest price to mail my things, He also didn't force me to buy a $6 roll of tape like other USPS locations have made me do, just to tape my package closed! This USPS has weird hours, so double check. This was much cheaper and easier to mail my stuff than going through my hotel or FedEx - and a very pleasant experience.
