I've had a P.O. box here for years and for the last 6 months I haven't received any important documents just flyers and ads... I'm still waiting on my birth certificate and driver's license from 4 months ago. Every time I talk to management they tell me to write my local post office guru...... The post office has too much power over people's mail... I'll be removing my PO box after this month. 5 years down the drain because employees are tampering with mail

I arrived on a Saturday at 2:55pm and the Filipino told me that it was already closed and that he couldn't do anything for me, in addition to the Filipino's terrible customer service, he treats people very badly.

I sell from Poshmark in eBay from my home I had packages arranged to be picked up on Thursday and I put the packages out at 6:00 a.m. and at 8:00 p.m. they were still there and I had checked on them periodically through the day because of worrying about theft, post office never showed up. And then this morning I got a confirmation that the package has been picked up when in fact they had not been picked up. This type of thing please have a with my reselling and I pay a lot of money and fees to the post office to have priority mail and ground advantage pick up. The average price per package for them to pick it up at 6 the packages I had we're from $5 something to $15

Absolutely terrible. How do you have one cashier at the post office at Peak Time 3 PM? The line of the door. This is stupid. Higher more cashiers higher more clerks. Stop wasting our time. No wonder why you only have two stars. Your post office is pathetic

Moved to a new house , so I needed a mail key. It's July and I have been waiting since April for a key. I've been able to get my mail once during this time because the carrier isn't holding the mail and taking it to the post office for me to pick up. I'm assuming it's all just collecting in my mailbox since the post office says they don't have any. Huge miscommunications , they don't do what they tell you they'll do. Hoping I'll get mail soon.

SHAME on this station. 10 packages from my teenage daughter's small business have been "lost" from this station. We drop the packages inside but now have to wait in a super long line to watch to make sure the packages get scanned to be sure they aren't stolen from us. Either the workers here are thieves or completely incompetent. There should not be a 10-20% loss rate for one small business. And when you contact them they will do NOTHING because it wasn't scanned. So their workers get to just keep being thieves or incompetent and losing and/or stealing the hard work of an entrepreneurial 16 year old. Hope whoever is stealing them feels good about stealing from a kid who makes far less money than you, way to punch down!!!

Post office was busy today. 2 total workers helping. 1 of the 2 was taking passport appt only for about an hour. Line was 15 ppl deep with the other person helping everyone. Waited over 45 minutes. Not sure if this is a regular thing here. Service i received when i got to the counter was fast and helpful.

I genuinely hate this usps with a passion. Stand in line for a long time. Mailbox keys take months to be ready. They refuse to ship your items out if your box is not in impeccable condition. This is the worst usps store ever
