Everytime I go to this specific location, I walk out content with the service. The lines sometimes are long and take long but that’s no one’s fault. Every where you go there’s a line even at the grocery store. I do think they need more parking. If it’s busy you might have to wait in your car until a spot opens.
Anyways, the employees have always treated me well. Customer service here is wonderful. I have to pick up my mail since I have it on “hold”
So I go here often and the customer service has been good. ?

Slow, old, hot, and slooooowwww. Save time and go to the updated ones if you aren't forced to go to because you live in the area.

This is the far WORST PLACE to get any help!!!! If I could I would change management for this place!!!! FYI if someone is getting a key done for a mailbox BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! It takes 6-8WEEKS!!!!!! for a key to be made!!!!! But they sure do charge you $40 at the time you request one!!!!!! PS my rating is a 0 but it wouldn’t let me bypass without a rating.

Ridiculous!!! if I could give 0 stars I would. I have received a very important package ? to my mailbox ? it was place in a bigger mailbox for larger packages with a key to access. I tried to retrieve my package and the key DON'T WORK. I'm pretty sure the postal worker who put it there knew something was wrong with the lock and key. But put it there anyway. I have tried several times making a virtual report...get all the way to the end to be disconnected. I called 4x times and it's like they just dismissed the call. I have had way to many issues with Sunrise USPS mail service ?. I have a parrishable item that would go bad in this Vegas heat if I don't retrieve it.

Update from a different visit: been standing in line 15 minutes with no attendant at the window.
Terrible hours, you know people work jobs right? They never answer the phone and
there is only one teller so it takes hours to get your mail.

Pray to God your mail doesn't end up here and you have to pick it up here. The open hours are just a suggestion, last week opened at 957am and today at 916am. Windows says 9am.
This place is a joke. No regard for anybodies time.ONE teller for the 50+ folks, after they open 40+mins after open time. They Just dgaf ! Horrible. And tax payers are paying for this ? ! This whole operation needs to be shutdown.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STATION with your packages! Dropping them off inside will NOT be safe for your item. Make sure you see your item get scanned in, otherwise it is likely to be stolen. My 16 year old's small business has had 10 packages stolen from USPS inside drop boxes in the last few months. The employees are either thieves or incompetent. Then since the packages were never scanned in, USPS will not do anything about it. Do not trust this station, shame on them for being so dishonest.

The place will be 9 am closes 12 and they have only 1 person attending everything, the wait is 2 hours, only for them to arrive, they tell you: I can't help you very bad place.

Deliveries to 4730 E Craig Rd are not getting out on the correct boxes and person investigating this list package advised me to get reconciled by the sender. Uh hello, they did their part my shipping it. The only thing they didn't do right was sending it through USPS

Not sure why they can't get it right they continue to lose my packages incoming and outgoing... Or they deliver it to wrong address... This happens every time there's a substitute mailman.. training is so bad ...

It's sad how their is no parking but the waisted space in the front that has weeds growing can be made into parking hello city and only one window available people have more valuable things to do then to stand in line at a post office for hours like if it's a DMV

Wow, I feel as though I'm about to be booked into county jail walking up to this place...very run down, unkept, unfriendly, uninviting. And they didn't give me all my mail. Where exactly all my mail went is beyond me, I have informed delivery so I see almost all the incoming mail, and that's not even half of what I was handed...there must be something in the water in this town because you never get service they way service in a town especially this town should be like. And definitely not friendly service, it's like your bothering them at their job.

Had a check gone missing from this location. Not sure how it's a federal offense to open other people's mail but it seems to disappear from this location.
