Always incredibly difficult to deal with the post office in general

Reserved a PO Box online, went in to this post office to get the key. There was no lines to wait in, and was very easy to get the key to the box. Had to show two IDs and sign a form. Took all about five minutes. Everyone working at the time were very friendly too.

Mike, the supervisor there, assisted me today and went above and beyond.I had accidentally written the wrong address on a package so it wasn’t delivered on time. I contacted the sender and also usps trying to intercept it from being returned to the sender. I chose to receive a call from usps regarding my issue, within minutes I got a call from Mike telling me he got the message and grabbed my package just before it went to returns. He told me I could pick it up or it would be delivered on Monday. I couldn’t pick it up before close so I said Monday was fine. He said he might be able to have it delivered today. He called me a few hours later and confirmed with me it will be delivered today!! I am ecstatic! Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time, especially from a delivery service. Thank you thank you Mike! I hope you get a big raise and promotion!

Walked in and wasn't busy. 2 people in the pick-up line and no one in the window line. Postal Clerk stopped what he was doing & promptly assisted me. Wasn't the most personable, but handled my transaction efficiently. This was one of the smoothest visits to the P.O. for me. Quick and simple.

Kay or Kai whatever the Asian woman working there was very unfriendly, stayed still like a statue. Horrible customer service.Don’t even go to this location. This is why I hope technology takes over one day and this places stop existing.

I would give this location a zero if I could. The lady charged me for tape when I needed to tape my return label since I didn't know where the label was suppose to go. She gave the lady in front of me free tape so I don't know why I had to be charged for two pieces of tape. Very unhelpful staff and rude. Go to another location.
