Very bad experience, an African American lady with red hair discriminated against us for being Latino, we were victims of racism simply for not knowing how to speak English, it made us feel very bad, I think managers should be attentive to this type of people

been waiting for a package since the first of april.. finally is in the city and out for delivery.. put a slip in my mailbox and didn’t even bother coming to look for my home. now i have to wait till monday for a package that they were too lazy to deliver it. terrible terrible

Due to being in such a terrible location. If you need to drop mailing anything except a letter. You are screwed. The lobby can't be available like a normal USPS due to terrible levels of vandalism. Why do people ruin things that are for the benefit of the community.
