This location has been trash! Should not take over 30 minutes to come pick up your package. The women at the check out stays at the register while the line to pick up is extremely long. Used to be a good location.

I’ve lived in Vegas for about 33 years and all around the valley. So I’ve had many post offices that have served where I lived. The people here are friendly enough but I’ve never had so many issues with getting my mail.
I’ve made sure people can’t steal my mail, I’ve signed up for informed delivery and still I’ve had so many mail pieces never show up. The manager and escalation paths have been a joke.
I’ve had drivers license lost and never delivered so I had to pay for another to be sent out. I’ve had many money orders go missing and had to cancel and get reissued. I’ve had them never try to deliver my mail with two people home, working remote, so we’d know if someone knocked and then tell me it’s available to pick up to then get here and they spend over half and hour to tell me they don’t know where it is as and the driver isn’t answering their phone. Multiple times. Not just once. I would recommend getting a mailbox through another company and make sure to have your mail alerts. I’ve never been so disappointed with the USPS as I have with where I live.

I walked in right at 5 o’clock and got in line. All the sudden the guy at the door told me I had to leave because it was 5:01. Unbelievable. I only had one package that needed to be scanned. I protested that I was already here and only had one package. The doorman asked another lady if I could stay and she said “no,” all in front of me. The post office is not about helping customers. They are only about getting a paycheck.

I haven't received any mail or packages on a Saturday in the 9 years since I started my business. On my Amazon account, they keep saying they tried to deliver it but the business was closed, but we are a 24 hour business and there is always someone at the front desk. I've called them many times and they said that they will make the delivery, but they NEVER have.
