Was a little hesitant at first because of previous reviews but I walked in, had some questions in regards to the boxes and shipping times. Male with glasses at the front desk was very helpful, explained all the tracking info to me. Service was fast and easy.

The attention is really bad, it took more than an hour and a half waiting, I support that adults need an income, but this man is not qualified to follow up, he is exaggeratedly slow, he forgets things and is not qualified to work ski, The people who came also have things to do to keep us waiting only 90 minutes. It is not the first time, I have been waiting for a long time and sometimes it just tells me there is nothing and clearly I check my notifications on my phone that my bills have been sent, THEY NEED TO SOLVE THIS is the department of Pick-up-Only It shouldn't take 90 minutes just to wait, this is really FRUSTRATING

Friendly people ive dropped my package here for 2 years now never had a problem don't listen to the reviews some are the ones that can't wait to be first in line and not be ready and still find something to complain.

Why does this location insist on having only one employee on a busy Friday afternoon? Because they don't care. Manager needs to learn how to schedule employees or hire people who want to work. Come on folks. Think outside of the mailbox!!!

Stop parking in front of my driveway. I can put up with the lines and unfriendly and unhelpful people at the counters but the carriers who work at this station seem to think that local laws don't apply to them, and common sense is overrated. Yesterday this guy parks right in front of my driveway, locks the truck and then walks away. I had to walk down the street to find the guy and complain to get his truck out of my way. Usually though they are not as arrogant as this. Most of the time, they will just partially block the driveway as they can't seem to understand where the street is and where your driveway begins. I complained several years to the postmaster at this station and she basically told me that they can park anywhere they want. I want to see the code that says this because I'm not aware that anybody can park where they want especially when it creates unsafe conditions. Imagine trying to pull out of your driveway with one of these trucks in your way and you have traffic whizzing back and forth in front of you at the same time that you can't see.

USPS gave me a pick-up recipe that says it's this location, but it ended up its not, I had to go to another location. Waste my time!!!
