I just had a great experience at this post office location downtown. The lady will show you any kind of stamps that she has selection is slim if you’re buying book stamps, but she’ll take the time to show you everything. She’s super nice. Everybody is really nice and they mail the last collection time was 6 PM for the letterbox drop off collection. They also have PO Boxes . Which are super handy. FREE PARKING IN THR FRONT

$10 to ship a document to Las Vegas. Document arrived in Las Vegas with a valid address, but the Las Vegas USPS facility refused to deliver it.

Effie Clark your a terrible customer service agent. Your manners are very poor and this company should be ashamed of the service and professionalism this lady has brought. Such a rude and very unhelpful person. Claiming to try to help the situation when really she is making it worse. I’ve filled out the claim and provided photos and videos for my claims against the usps drivers running my personal property over. I was not able to provide receipt for the 3 separate 70$ trips to Home Depot to repair my own personal property. I’ve provided the packet they need with evidence and bank statements and they are still trying to tell me they are not going to pay me back unless I have a receipt. Which i understand to extent but you can clearly price match or see the statements on the same day your driver ran my stuff over I went to replace it. I’ve filed and spoke to multiple people on the local Reno office and now the Vegas office is claiming they don’t even know what I’m talking about. Such a poorly ran company with terrible customer service and lack of integrity to justify a situation.

Honestly, I was nervous to go because in my almost 30 years of life I've never mailed something ?? and because of all the bad reviews. But I looked at the reviews for the USPS stores across the city and they all have bad reviews ??♀️ so I figured I'd go to the one closest to me. Dude, I had nothing to worry about lol. There was a line when I went in, but it was taken care of quickly. I admitted to the lady at the counter right off the bat I wasn't sure of how the process would work, but I wanted to ship something to return it. The lady at the counter was so kind to me, didn't make me feel rushed in any sense. Showed me my cheapest option, but still offered upgraded things. And made a lil bit of light convo while I was getting my things together, which honestly made me feel really comfortable despite how awkward I am so I didn't contribute to the convo much lol. Luckily no one was behind me, because I feel like the people in the line before me came in prepared and knew what they were doing so it didn't take long to help them vs the few minutes it took for me to get myself situated lol. I just think if you come in with kindness and patience, you will get that in return. I will come here again if I ever need to send something else!

1:48 Dec 4th the lady wanted me to pay $4 for there use of tape, she said DMM says it’s a rule and no other tape can be used the don’t make any money and that was being told being very defensive, she the complain to other guest about or incident which is very unprofessional. We’re are post office not a service????

Horrible place workers never work!! The only post office closed at lunch!! Actually it’s closed now says they will be back in 20 minutes at ten am horrible
