  If I can provide a 0 star I would. It was late afternoon when I got my car and approval with them. Rushing and getting embarrassed because they are closing that time. I told them I can go back next day so we don’t have to rush but I guess they want their sale for that day pretty bad. Trusted this folks specially in times of needs of this car. I got me a BMW 428i. Drive tested it and me and my brother already felt there’s something wrong with the car. I asked them and they basically put the blame on me. We took the car home, again trusted these folks because they were really “nice”. I have been in contact with Abe their sales rep and their manager Diana. The very next day I messaged them that there is definitely wrong with the car, it goes to the right by itself. And it stops in the middle of the road. They “inspected it”. That day I have to work. So I left the car with them. Closing time happened and there were no ETA for my car to be done. And there’s nothing “wrong” with it. Came back again to the shop the 2nd week. “Ms Diana, the car is not safe to drive. It stops in the middle of the road.” No response. Messaged and even gave Abe a call as well the dealership itself. “I will get back to you”. 3rd week came, hey I’m following up with my car? It is not safe to drive. The engine stopped by itself 3 times just today. “What do you expect from a used car hun?” I’m baffled. They dragged their feet this whole time of process. And 1 month came. Oh, we no longer have the right to pull the car. Because you bought it and it’s with you for 1 month already. It’s by law and the policy.
  Very horrible. Despite of my disclosure of my hardship. Yall took advantage of person that with good intentions.
  
  Yeah cause this is an invitation of “help”. I have been constantly begging for you to take back the car or atleast swap it with a different one the one that works. Right? Again you used the vulnerability of someone that is in a great crisis. God will do the rest.

  I had the best experience, everything was made easy, fast, and all my questions were answered without me feeling like I was over asking. I got the best payments, warranty, and experience overall. Mr Tyric was the best, I can’t stretch that enough. I highly recommend, vehicle in A1 condition.

  My niece got absolutely SCAMMED here. Car had no working AC, they didn’t help her fix it and wouldn’t offer her to exchange the car. Worst service ever

  This dealership is fraud. THEY NEED NO STARS!! I literally applied for a old ass car a 2015 charger and she gonna tell me I didn’t get approved but the next day Deana c put a whole different car on Facebook which is a Dodge Durango in on Facebook saying only 1,500 down she made a hard inquiry on my credit and then when you call and text her phone, she don’t wanna answer, but when you called the main line, she answered the phone and I’m like yeah can you take that off my credit mind you she thought my social was fake talking about a cpn I’m like I don’t even know what that is and had me send in my social security card then hang up in my face then block my number inProfessionals fake advertisement you cannot go in there with 1,500 down and get a car they’re lying in the car Mileage is high as hell By the time I even pay the car off, it’ll be broke COUNT YOUR DAYS!! THEY THINK CAUSE ITS TAX SEASON MEAN TAX PEOPLE

  If you’re considering buying a vehicle from US Auto Sales 2, please do your due diligence. Calling their practices shady is putting it lightly. This is not just a warning, it’s advice that could save you thousands of dollars and serious headaches.
  
  The vehicle I purchased had issues almost immediately. The check engine light came on less than five minutes after driving off the lot. I reached out to Mo, who assured me they would “right the wrongs” because they are, and I quote, a “business with integrity.” Well, I can assure you that their definition of integrity does not match reality.
  
  🚩 DO NOT TRUST THEIR MECHANIC. Whoever is working in their garage needs to be fired immediately because their so-called “repairs” put my safety at risk. When I took the car to a reputable service department, I was told it needed over $15,000 in immediate repairs. That’s right—$15K worth of issues that were conveniently overlooked before they sold it to me.
  
  🚩 THEY DO NOT DO MULTI-POINT INSPECTIONS. If you assume the vehicle has been properly checked before it hits their lot, think again. Always take the car to a CERTIFIED mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection—this dealership won’t tell you what’s actually wrong.
  
  🚩 HIGH-PRESSURE TACTICS TO GET POSITIVE REVIEWS. They will push you to leave a review the same day you get approved, when you’re still on a high from the excitement of getting a car. Wait 30 days before reviewing them, you’ll likely have a very different experience by then.
  
  🚩 THE “AS-IS” EXCUSE. If you find problems after purchase, they will immediately remind you that the car was sold “as-is” and take zero responsibility. That’s their fallback excuse to avoid fixing anything.
  
  💡 FINAL ADVICE:
  ✔ Get a pre-purchase inspection from a certified mechanic—DO NOT trust theirs.
  ✔ Read every document carefully—don’t let them rush you into signing.
  ✔ Do not let them pressure you into writing a review immediately.
  ✔ If something feels off, WALK AWAY.
  
  They will cut corners to get you approved, but it’s not worth it in the long run. Don’t let the excitement of buying a car cloud your judgment—protect yourself. 🚨

  Fast process . Got a car full of dog hair and bad brakes tho .the next day I called and They promise to fix it and then when I got up there they said the brakes were new and they’re still squeaking loud !!! They told me they couldn’t clean the car to get the dog hair out !!! I haven’t had my car a month and I’m already putting brakes on it

  I give him a 4 stars because they did go out of their way to make sure to get me into a car however I have a the car value is only about $8,000 after taxes fees and interest rate blah blah paying $20,000 Plus on top of this the contract says that they look over the car and make sure to do a full inspection on it however after only about a week of driving my battery starts leaking solvent they want me to pay $100 for a battery for a one year warranty to replace it also my thread that is less than 2/32 of an inch which they should have sold to me Bean any lower than that so recommend if you buy a car from them make sure you look it over because they would do anything to sell you a car even if it's good or junk

  10/10 Experience! We received a text from Diana on Monday morning after inquiring about a car on their website during the weekend. We spent the weekend at dealerships with salespeople who were giving us the run around. Diana was quick and diligent. She immediately got us an approval. Once we arrived Tyric was a great help. He showed us the vehicle and presented all the paperwork to us in a timely manner. There was no stalling whatsoever. The staff was extremely accommodating. I highly recommend purchasing from this lot.

  me and my wife got a car from US auto sale for a great deal. They have great customer service good cars in reasonable price in Tyric help us a lot so if you go in try to go to him if he’s not there the other guys had great customer service as well so anyone you go to should be fine
