After waiting behind two irate customers complaining about the bill & service, I was called to the service bay to be told they couldn't perform my oil change because the oil plug was damaged when it was them who damaged it having been the same shop who performed my last oil change. Then they told me I needed a new water pump & that they could do that, but why would I trust you to do a big job when you won't even accept responsibility to replace a drain plug you damaged in the first place? Fool me once....

This is a tough review for me. My car broke down on me last year. I've been coming to USA for my Smog Test due to their great pricing and quick service. The guy who looked at my car was the manager (He's no longer there I can't remember his name). He said I needed a water pump replaced, some rear shocks and some other stuff. The tab was running up and I could only afford so much. He tried to give the best price possible. The water pump was suppose to the main issue why my car was overheating and had a leak. I some in cash and Deborah talked me into financing the rest through Synchrony Bank. Here's why 1 star was removed. She told me to my face that I qualified for 1 year no interest after running my credit. Since I already had an account with Synchrony it was easy to give them a call later. I found out that I had 6 months no interest to pay the money which meant I had to double up my payments each month. I took her nice personality for granted without her showing me anything about my financing. I remember having my car worked on twice before it went out hard completely again but I couldn't find one of my invoices. I called Deborah for a history and she said they upgraded their software and lost all prior history before Aug 2023. So your company lost all previous information of what you have done to people cars?? The second star got removed because after my car was fixed, the tech never told me if there's anything else that I should be concerned about right away. Not even a weak later my car started overheating again and my car was inoperable. I had to end up taking my car to the dealership to get fixed properly. I went recently for a smog test and the new manager was trying to get me to pay for some repairs on my wife's car. I explained I have some trust issues with this particular location, he wanted to make things right with pricing but I need to think about that. I have been to a different USA Auto location where I like the service a bit better.....so far.

Don't go this place, is horrible. The mechanics and this lady Jessica I think, rudes and no respect. No customer service skills, NOT RECOMMENDED, NEVER .COME BACK HERE IN MY LIFE

BEWARE stay away of this place, The car was fine before I went to this place. the mechanics and this lady jessica, (Debra) is very rude and disrespectful Horrible place to do business.now i my car is not running well, and need to pay for see whats the problem is. NOT RECOMMENDED BEWARE.. im 100% sure they ruin my car. for sure i report this place.... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.... Do not take your car here. They will ruin your car, These people purposely damaged my car AC, and also ruin the cabin filter vent cover, and the ac valve. they drain all the refrigerant on it for charging me $400 Beware stay away of this mechanic. of course I report the business to all agencies. included. Better Business Bureau. (BBB)
